The existence of the Silver Sparrow Family became a hot topic. There are rumors that this gang is the responsible with what happened to the southern district.

No one knows who the boss is but they heard that the members are all monsters specially the second-in-command.

The City Lord sent officials and medical teams to help the residents. Starting today, the southern district is a good place to live in.

For the past few days, there are people who secretly visited the House of Iron Crow. When the Crimson Earth Clan sent their people, other n.o.bles followed through. When the old men of the n.o.ble houses heard about the clan's visit, they knew that the western district is next. They heard about the Silver Sparrow but they know that they will be safe with the support of the great house.

Naga was resting after his training routine in his home near the lake when Old Samuel and Bill visited him.

"Greetings, My Lord." Bill bowed down and greeted him.

Naga looked at them and smiled, "Have a seat."

"You are winning battles without lifting a finger." Old Samuel commented before sitting down.

"Having reliable men is a great advantage anywhere." Naga responded and smiled.

"Indeed." Old Samuel said and smiled.

"My Lord, the City Lord wants to talk to you. She asked if she can visit you." Bill said respectfully.

Naga thought for a bit and answered, "I have time so I will visit her instead. Tell Ian to prepare my carriage."

"Yes, My Lord." Bill happily replied to Naga's command. He was glad that Naga agreed.

"Look at you! You just want to see Bella." Old Samuel teased him and smiled.

"That's not it." Naga chuckled. He went to his room to prepare.

Bill and Old Samuel looked at each other and smiled. Bill left to inform Ian that Naga will need the carriage.

Naga went out of his room wearing new clothes. Plain and simple yet clean clothes.

Old Samuel looked at Naga and said smiling, "When I was a kid, I dreamed of becoming a hero. A mighty hero with powerful sword slaying forces of evil."

"But now, what you are doing is better." Old Samuel said and smiled.

He stood up and walked outside with Naga.

"Being a hero is a tiring job. It is good that you did not become one." Naga answered and smiled.

"Indeed. It is tiring." Old Samuel replied and sighed.

They went to the gate where Bill and Ian are waiting.

Ian bowed down when he saw Naga then quickly moved to open the door of the carriage.

Ian has a powerful presence now. For the past few days, he trained with Hextor and the knight captain from the Magic Hall.

Naga nodded at him and said before entering the carriage, "Continue that effort and you will be more powerful."

"Yes, Boss" Ian bowed deeply before he closed the door.

Aside from Ian, another guard accompanied Naga.

When they reached the City Lord Mansion's gate, the guards were surprised with the intimidating carriage of Naga.

It was elegant yet powerful. Its two horses are wearing black armors. 'Neigh!'

Ian looked at the guards and said firmly, "My Boss is visiting the City Lord. We ask permission to enter."

'A powerful expert!' They were shocked with the presence of Ian.

"Yes!" The guards answered and opened the gate.

The carriage stopped at the mansion's huge door. Ian went down and opened the carriage.

Naga went out and Ian bowed down.

The guards bowed down when they saw Naga. Before they treated him as a commoner kid but when they heard the truth, they were aghast. This kid is a dangerous existence.

Naga looked at them and smiled. A servant escorted him to the office of the City Lord.

Naga lightly bowed down when he saw the City Lord waiting for him.

The City Lord smiled and bowed down too, "I am thankful for your visit, young master."

An old man stood up and said, "Young master, I am Duan. This old man is the incompetent Duke of Profound Sky."

Naga looked at him and was surprised. This is his first time meeting the duke. He can feel the firm and n.o.ble aura of the old man.

"Greetings, Duke Duan." He bowed down and said.

'This kid is truly powerful to the point that it is impossible for his age.' The old duke thought to himself.

He can feel that Naga has good control over his mana. Also aside from arcane, there is a different power within his body.

The duke told the guards to leave. The guards followed and they closed the door.

"Please have a seat, young master." The City Lord said smiling.

Naga nodded and he sat down comfortably to a luxurious sofa. 'Haaah. This is good.'

The City Lord was glad that Naga enjoyed the sofa. 'Lord Willard is right. Young master likes comfortable elegant chairs.'

"First, we want to thank you for your contribution to the city." The City Lord said.

"It's nothing. Old Samuel and Willard really cared about your city so you can expect support of our House of Iron Crow." Naga said and smiled.

'Sigh.'

"Making the southern district a good place to live in again is something we were not able to do." The old duke lamented and sighed.

"It is because you are worried with what the other n.o.bles will say. You don't want the other dukes to find a reason to pull you down further. It is understandable." Naga looked at the old duke and said.

'Is he really a kid?' The duke and the city lord were surprised.

Naga continued, "The Goldenlight Family will help managing the south. We let them stay for a reason. The viscount agreed to transfer his t.i.tle to his oldest son too."

"What?" The Duke and the City Lord was surprised.

The viscount's oldest son angered the successor of the House of Lightspear and this is the reason why the viscount is hesitant to pa.s.s his n.o.ble t.i.tle.

"Is it true? Haha!" The old duke asked and laughed.

"It's a good news then." The City Lord said smiling.

She thought for a bit before asking, "The western district... are you going to clean it as well."

"It depends. If they will act accordingly, then no. If not, I will give them the option to leave." Naga answered with firm voice.

"Option to leave safely by giving you half of their resources." The old duke said and smiled.

The old duke was surprised when he learned that the Eaglerock Family left half of their wealth.

Naga smiled but did not respond to the duke.

He looked at the City Lord and said, "City Lord, I want to buy the teritory of the southern village."

The City Lord lightly shook her head and said, "No need for that, young master. Lord Willard already bought the teritory within your magic stone mine in the south so we just need to include the village there."

"Thank you." Naga was happy with this arrangement.

"We are preparing the doc.u.ments now." The old duke commented.

They talked about some of Naga's plans as well. As the authoritive ruler of the city, he decided to tell them some of his plans. The duke and the city lord were surprised with it.

'This kid is extraordinary!' The old duke thought to himself.

He was about to ask Naga when suddenly Bella entered the office.

"Sister. Grandfather." Bella said. She was wearing a simple white dress yet her aura is still grand and elegant.

She looked at Naga and smiled before greeting him, "Good day to you, Naga."

Naga stood up and bowed down, "Greetings, young miss."

"Oh, my princess. You are here. Haha!" The old duke said and laughed.

"Come. Have a seat, Bella." The City Lord called her.

She sat down near Naga and said, "You did not tell me that you will visit us."

"Sorry, young miss. But, I am glad to see you here." Naga said and smiled.

Bella looked at her and smiled warmly.

"My Lord."

Someone called Naga. They looked at the window and saw a kid with long red hair and dragon wings, It was Hextor.

'A dragon! A real one!' The duke and the city lord were stunned.

Hextor entered through the window and saw Bella.

He stood firmly and bowed down, "Greetings, princess. Sorry if I disturb your time with Lord Naga."

Bella was surprised but she still smiled and answered, "It's fine."

The duke was once again surprised since the dragon is very respectful to Bella.

"What is it?" Naga asked.

"My Lord, the first princess of the Golden Sky Palace already arrived. She's at the manor." Hextor said respecrfully.

"I see." Naga stood up and smiled.

"I am sorry but I need to leave now to accomodate a guest." He looked at everyone and said.

"By Golden Sky Palace... Do you mean the legendary..." The old duke was not able to finish what he wanted to say.

"Yes, the Golden Sky Palace from the legends. One of the sacred grounds of dragons." Hextor responded.

'A princess from that place visited him?' The duke and the city lord were shocked.

Today's meeting with Naga gave them a lot of surprises. The two were standing blankly so Bella escorted Naga and Hextor to the gate.

It is already too late when they noticed it.

"He is a human, right?" The City Lord asked.

"He is... human. A dragon serving a human. A dragon princess visiting a human." The old duke looked at the window and smiled wryly.

"We need to evaluate again this situation, grandfather." The City Lord said and smiled wryly.
