37 Dragon Seal

"How did you activate it?! It can't be used without any help or formation even by those gifted with dragon mana." The man was dismayed.

He was turned into his human form and the chains adjusted to his size. He was aghast when he realized that the ground is absorbing his magic power. He looked at the ground carefully and he was aghast.

'Earth Demon Sealing Formation!' He thought.

"Are you not from the Holy Land?!" He shouted and asked.

"No. I don't have Holy mana, you see?" Naga said calmly.

He continued, "Also, yes, I can't cast those chains with my power alone. Those were casted using scrolls. The Magnus clan most probably expended a lot just for those scrolls. Sir Lucas told me that Bishop Luciano used his network to contact one of the oldest dragon hunters alive for it."

"Wh.. what? The church won't use heritical way like that!" The man was stunned.

"Of course. But... do you see any church personnel here? None, right?" Naga smiled.

"You!" He was interrupted by Naga.

"Yes, me. I am not part of the Holy Land. This is not me working for them. This is... Uhm. What we call cooperation or partnets.h.i.+p per se." Naga looked at him then walked forward.

He activated his Dragon Tyrant Force and punched the man in the stomach. 'Bam!'

The man fell into the ground. 'Argh!'

Naga looked at the sky and said, "Hey, Sir Dragon! You are watching, right?"

The red dragon was stunned. When he fought Naga earlier, he knew that he is hiding his aces but he didn't expect this outcome. It was so fast. Who would have thought that this kid brought dangerous scrolls with him. What surprised him the most was how Naga was able to fully utilized those scrolls efficiently.

"Yes. I am watching." The dragon kept his cool and landed with great force. 'Boom!'

"You are one of a kind kid. Who's your master?" The dragon asked.

"None. But I am following the teachings of the great sages of the past." Naga said calmly.

'Scholar? He doesn't look like one.' The dragon was surprised. He thought how lucky the Holy King in having a subordinate like Naga.

"Human. You said your name was Naga, right?" The dragon asked.

"Yes, Sir Dragon." Naga responded and lightly bowed. He felt this dragon is respecting him now.

"Don't call me sir. I am called Hextor." The dragon said and changed its appearance to a young boy. 'Puff!'

'What?' Naga was surprised. He didn't know what happened.

The dragon became a young boy, about the same age as him. This kid has long crimson colored hair. He has pale skin and a handsome face with deep red eyes.

"Don't be surprised. I am still young. About 200 years old. I was sealed by my father, for I don't know how many years, and I only woke up about 50 years ago. That man wanted to tame me and the door." The young boy smiled and pointed at the unconscious man.

"200? sealed?" Naga was shocked. He knew that dragon was different from humans but to be 200 years old is too much for him not to mention that he was also sealed for too many years.

"Yes. It is still young for a dragon. Don't look like that. You are more surprising than me. I can't believe that you are a human boy. You don't act like one too." Hextor said and he was somewhat embarra.s.sed.

Naga didn't know what to say and he just lightly smiled.

He opened the Earth Demon scrolls. The runes and inscriptions in the ground that absorbed the dragon mana of the man, danced in the air then entered the scroll. After that, Naga closed it and put it in the storage of his earring.

"What do you plan to do with that man?" Hextor asked.

"I don't know. Who is he?" Naga asked curiously.

"All I know is that he was Human who was transformed into a dragon by the door. The bloodline he got was so strong that it almost erased his human bloodline. He wanted me and the door since he will create his army to conquer the world. My father was the previous guardian so I declined and fought him. There is no winner yet so I..." The dragon said and stopped.

"So you tried to use me, correct? Unlike him, you felt that I have dragon mana and not holy mana." Naga interrupted him.

"Yes. And... you are truly special. Someone who was gifted with dragon mana will have it as his mana reserve since the dragon mana and the arcane mana will combined. That is what we called tainted. Someone who doesn't have arcane reserve at all and only have dragon mana reserve is what we called a pure. Only few will have pure. But you... I think that you are the only one. You have your arcane mana reserve and a separate reserve for your dragon mana it makes a pure dragon mana user and an arcane user. Something like that." The dragon explained.

He continued, "Also, I think you don't know it yet but your dragon mana is ancient and mighty. You can even defeat an army of masters with a few lords with your dragon mana alone."

'Oh? So what I have in mind is correct. It is not that this dragon is weak, it is just that my dragon mana is strong. Well, it is not strong enough though. One single experienced expert will defeat me in no time still. I need to increase my power.' Naga thought to himself.

After that, Naga closed the five scrolls containing magic chains. The man is now being restricted by the wooden arc. Some tree branches became black colored ropes which binded the man.

"I want to go to the ancient city and get the door. Can you tell me its exact location, Hextor?" Naga asked.

"Sure. I won't be able to approach it since I am a true dragon but I can guide you to its place. Common." The young boy smiled.

Naga felt weird since this dragon is now walking with him. He was disappointed since he was expecting to ride the dragon and fly into the sky. They left the man at arc and they walked toward the ancient city.
