After that, he rested for a few minutes in the big sofa before going out. He did't wake up anyone. He went at the back of the hotel again, the same corner as yesterday. The trees are as beautiful as ever.

Old Drun told him that he and the old elf put special magic scriptions in the Iron Crow Medallion. One of its uses is casting a mid-rank invisible barrier that can help supressing magic aura.

Naga summoned the book. He looked for the pages about Arcane Power Blessings and Bow of Great flame. He carefully studied the writings and he checked wisdom from the old sages too. He has information about the two arcane techniques in his head but he still checked the book to be more enlightened.

He tried the Arcane Power Blessings to himself. He was surprised since he can already feel its effect but it seems that he can't cancel the effect. He needs to wait for the time limit.

"Wow! Nice. I can feel the increase of power." Naga smiled. He's in a good mood.

Checking the book for the detail and wisdom of the old sages helps a lot. This made him more efficient with using the blessing. Instead of the 'up to 20%' status, he's confident now of always giving a fix 20% increase in physical power.

The group is having their breakfast and preparing for the day. They are really thankful to the hotel staffs.

"Where's Naga?" Albert asked.

"Master didn't wake us up. However, it seems that he is practicing now." Bill smiled then started eating a sweet bread.

"Oh... Practicing huh? I hope that he will not be as difficult as Dilan someday." Nicholas said while chewing a bread.

"What did you say? You're a mage too and look at you..." Dilan looked at Nicholas.

"Hahaha. Stop it you b.a.s.t.a.r.ds. I can't believe that the two of you are mages." Albert laughed at them.

"Yes, we are mages!" Dilan proundly said.

"And former bandits too." Nicholas smiled.

"You..." Dilan doesn't know how to continue.

"HaHaha!"

Everyone laughed out loud. They are really cheerful right now. Everyone know how challenging the coming days will be so they wanted to have fun as much as possible. What a lively group. After a few hours of rest and preparation, the group left the hotel.

Naga unsummoned the book smiling. He jumped down to the ground. He learned a lot today. He's getting a better picture now of how he can leverage his advantages.

"Wah. Tiring." Naga is smiling while lying in the ground full of sweat. He noticed the blue sky.

He started looking at the sky. He is in great peace right now and his soul is really calm. The singing birds and dancing leaves affected his mood. He can't remember the last time that he feels this way. He enjoyed watching the clear sky and he considered this a blessing.

"Oh heavens. Thanks a lot." He stood up and walked towards the hotel's main entrance.

He went directly to their suite and took a bath. He's now sitting in the sofa. He is really loving this big soft sofa. It is now 3pm.

He is thinking of visiting the commoners' town again when suddenly the doorbell rings. 'Diiiinngg!'

Naga frowned. He stood up and opened the door. He saw a beautiful young woman. She's wearing the hotel's uniform.

"Good afternoon. Your master told our manager to treat you kindly. We were advised that you went back and I was given the task of bringing you food." The young woman said while pus.h.i.+ng the meal cart inside.

"Oh..." Naga remembered being scolded last night. It seems that Bill talked to the manager.

Naga went to the sofa and sit again. He smiled and say "Thanks for treating this lowly servant kindly. Just leave the food in the table. I'll do the rest."

The young woman glanced at him. "You said that you're a lowly servant but you are sitting like a king."

Naga stood up and went to the table. While standing, he picked up a knife and slice a piece of stake.

"Even servants are allowed to rest specially if the master is not around, correct?" Naga smiled. He sliced another piece but he's not yet eating any.

The young woman looked into his eyes briefly. She started walking again while pus.h.i.+ng the cart outisde the suite. Naga is just watching him.

'Hmph. Don't just go here and check on me. Stingy woman.' Naga chuckled. He remembered the spies in his previous life.

While outside, the woman stopped walking.

'He noticed me. The knife is just as a warning. There's really something wrong with that kid.'

The young woman started pus.h.i.+ng the cart again. Her mission can be considered complete now.

Naga was about to sit again when suddenly the doorbell rings for the second time. 'Diiiinngg!'

Naga was upset. He hurriedly open the door but was surprised. There's an old man smiling at him. The manager is there too.

"Boy, this is Father Justus. He wanted to meet you." The manager said.

Naga frowned. "Good afternoon, Father Justus. My name is Naga. How can this lowly servant help you?"

He looked at the manager as well and bowed. "By the way, thank you madam."

"Hmph." The manager seems to be upset. Perhaps because she was told to treat this lowly servant nicely.

"Can I go in?" Father Justus smiled and asked.

"Yes, please." Naga respectfully gestured for the old priest to enter.

"I'll leave for now. Call us if you need anything. Treat Father Justus nicely." The madam hurriedly said then she left.
