"Hey kid, hhmm. the book? The orb? Did the book produce it?" Old Drun asked. All of them are looking at Naga with great antic.i.p.ation.

"Yes." Naga Answered.

"Based on what I learned, the orb was actually the excess energy of the book after thousand of years of being gestated by the pure energy of heaven and earth." Naga stopped after that.

These men were shocked and they are full of questions but they have chosen to listen carefully. They know that Naga is not done yet.

Naga continued after a few seconds of silence. "I was surprised when the book suddenly exuded the golden light and formed the orb. That's also the time when I saw runes floated up in the air and then entered my body. It seems that if Old Samuel accepted the book before, this empty book will be just an ordinary piece of c.r.a.p. Only when I fully decided to accept this book as mine that it actually accepted me as its master. It is like mutual agreement."

"Old Drun created new weapons and armors. We need these for protection and disguise." The green-haired bandit answered.

"Wow! You guys are great. Reliable men indeed. By the way, what are your names?" Naga was really satisfied and asked.

"You can call me Oscar." the green-haired man said smiling.

"I'm Dilan. I am a mage. Well.. You know.. Also a former badit." the blond mage is somewhat down.

"Why are you shy b.a.s.t.a.r.d? Hahaha. My name is Nicholas. I am a mage too. I can see how exciting our future is!" this blue-haired mage just want to have fun all the time.

"Who's b.a.s.t.a.r.d?!" the blond mage shouted. He is a proud mage.

"Hahaha. Both of you shut up!", "Naga, you can call me Albert. Like them, I am once a bandit too. I'm also a former ranger from a kingdom far North." the red-haired man said.

"Nice to meet you. I am glad to have you as my companions. Let's enjoy this journey." Naga bowed to them. He wanted to have a different life and he believes that this is a good start.

They were shocked seeing the respectful Naga. This is perhaps the first time. Thinking about him, they only remembered the brave boy who used chains to escape the guards and the decisive kid who gave a prized orb.

"Good. With that we can be sure that the Blue Flame Clan's influence is limited if not none at all." Naga is cheerful right now. It seems that they will have a breather.
