How would Zhan Wushuang and his sister judge him? Would Jiang Qilin die on the mountain? Jiang Yi didn’t know and didn’t want to know either.

Jiang Yi wasn’t regretful for what he did earlier, too. There was no medicine for regret in life; instead of chasing the past, why not look forward to the future? This was the life principle that Jiang Yunhai taught him, and it was exactly what he did for all his life.

Jiang Yi continued heading to the center of that ma.s.sive mountain peak while slaying demonic beasts at the same time. After eight hours, he could only find another five demonic beasts; and one of them escaped. He did come across a few dozen corpses of the demonic beasts, but it was a pity that all their tokens were taken. What made him even more frustrated was that out of the twelve tokens he had, five of them were black in color.

The rule of the Blood Purge was to obtain three tokens that were of the nine different colors. It wasn’t as though he could just randomly obtain 27 tokens. Jiang Yi predicted that there must be one or two colors of the tokens that were rare, or else this Blood Purge wouldn’t be a challenge at all.

As the sky began to darken, Jiang Yi didn’t intend to find a spot to rest. He had to enter this Mt. Spirit Beast College in order to rescue Jiang Xiaonu. If he had no other choice, he would resort to s.n.a.t.c.hing if required.

As he carried on scouting the nearby areas for another two hours, Jiang Yi slew one more demonic beast. The sky was already dark, and there were apparently more people now here now. It was obvious that the demonic beasts at the foot of the mountain had been wiped out, and everyone began to extend towards here.

“I shall spend the night here.”

Jiang Yi spotted small forestry ahead. It wasn’t huge, and it was surrounded by plains which would allow him to easily spot any attacking demonic beasts. He scouted the forest to make sure that there weren’t any demonic beasts before climbing onto one of the biggest trees. He sat cross-legged and began to cultivate.

He expended eight wisps of black essence force and released his Exploding Essence Palm for a single time which depleted a lot of his essence force. He needed to replenish it quickly, just in case if he was to encounter an emergency situation.

Consuming an Earth Essence Elixir, Jiang Yi utilized the black essence force to enhance the medicinal effects before beginning his cultivation. His cultivation speed was now extremely fast, and he only required one hour to cultivate ten wisps of black essence forces. According to Jiang Yunhai, his abnormal cultivation speed was definitely on par with the top ten prodigies of the Clear Sky Ranking.

Soon after he finished cultivating the ten wisps of black essence forces, Jiang Yi’s stomach was rumbling with hunger. He had no choice but to endure it while cultivating the blue essence forces using the Jiang Water Art.

Another hour later, Jiang Yi stopped. Not because he was too hungry, but because he heard a rustle that alerted him.

His body was as nimble as a panther as he immediately peeled apart the dense leaves to look into the distant area. He soon got relief after knowing that it wasn’t any demonic beasts but actually seven young males and females. Jiang Yi noticed their speed and didn’t really bother because this group only had one la.s.s that was at the eighth stage of the Cast Tripod Realm while the rest of them were either sixth or seventh stage of the Cast Tripod Realm. They were of no threat to him.

“Young Miss, there is a small forest over there. Shall we set up camp here?”

“That’s right, Young Miss. It is all plains and wilderness here, where are we suppose to find a cave here? Let’s spend the night here!”

“Alright then. You guys go scout the place.”

It was a quiet night, and the subtle voices that echoed made Jiang Yi frown. He was the one who found this place first. If they were to find out where he was hiding and wanted to chase him away, it would definitely be frustrating.

Jiang Yi was worried for nothing; this group of people certainly had a rough day and was rather fatigued. The three youths scouted for a few rounds but didn’t even take a glance up towards the trees. They took a few simple glances and went back to report.

Jiang Yi went into deep thought as he looked at them setting up camp about ten feet from him. With these people around, he could sleep at ease, knowing that they were providing a free sentry for him.

He retrieved some rations and water to fill his stomach. He faced the moon while looking at the group busily setting up their camp. They used some simple and crude tools to erect two tents which were meant for the two young misses among them.

This young miss looks quite pretty, but a pity that she behaves frivolously.

Jiang Yi, who was atop the several-feet-tall tree, could clearly see everything below. That young miss was quite competent and was also the strongest in their group—at the eighth stage of the Cast Tripod Realm. She seemed to be around the same age as him; her body was protruding wherever it should, and she had this delicate and exquisite features. She would occasionally let out traces of seductive looks. Jiang Yi could clearly feel an alluring factor from those big eyes.

Shh-shh-shh!

Suddenly, the two young misses walked away from their camp and headed towards Jiang Yi. Jiang Yi quickly shrank his body, thinking that they spotted him; he even held his breath and didn’t dare to continue looking.

“Young Miss, right here then! They can’t see us from here.”

“Okay then… Xi’er, help me keep a lookout.”

Jiang Yi let out a breath of relief when the two of them stopped around 20 feet from them. They didn’t continue to approach him, and it was obvious that they hadn’t spotted him yet.

He took a bite of the meat jerky and curiously opened up the leaves to take a look, thinking what the two of them were up to.

In the end, the next scene nearly caused Jiang Yi to bite his own tongue off. That young miss came behind a bush and loosened her robes… preparing for a pee? This young miss was apparently afraid that the people from the camp would come over; thus, her face was looking in that direction while her b.u.t.t… was facing Jiang Yi!

Seeing the young miss lifting up her robes and revealing two fair and white b.u.t.t cheeks, Jiang Yi could hear a clear ‘splash splash’ that sounded just like thunder to him. The moon was exceptional round and bright tonight; Jiang Yi, who already had an insane vision as someone at the fifth stage of the Cast Tripod Realm martial artist, could even clearly see that white water flowing in between those b.u.t.t cheeks.

“Gurgle Gurgle.”

Jiang Yi was a 16-year-old; he had yet to experience any male and female interpersonal relations.h.i.+ps. He was still too young and ignorant about girls; how could he tolerate such a scene? His cheeks burned up instantly and couldn’t help be constantly gulp. His body was intensely warm, and a small tent rose up in his lower body.

He knew that it wasn’t appropriate to peek at other girls, but that fair and round b.u.t.t was just like magnets. He tried his best but couldn’t s.h.i.+ft his sights away. When the young miss finished her release, she unconsciously shook her b.u.t.t—causing the rations in Jiang Yi’s mouth to helplessly spit out as he coughed.

“Who goes there?”

The young miss was alarmed as she pulled up her robes with lightning speed and shot saber-like eyes towards Jiang Yi. Her eyes met with Jiang Yi’s eyes as it pa.s.sed through the leaves and branches.

“Lewd thief! I will kill you!”

The delicate face of the young miss was now red as dripping blood; her eyes were overflowing with killing aura. She tidied up her dress and picked up the sword at the side to rush at Jiang Yi.

G.o.ddammit!

Jiang Yi was scared out of his daylights as he frantically picked up his baggage before descending the tree. He didn’t even pause for a moment as he fled.

“Swis.h.!.+”

The rest of the people within the forest were all alerted, and everyone picked up their weapon to chase after Jiang Yi. That young miss who was at the eighth stage of the Cast Tripod Realm was much faster than Jiang Yi and was about to catch up to him.

“Black essence force!”

Jiang Yi awoke from realization as he quickly channeled a wisp of black essence force to his feet and drastically increased his speed. He skimmed several feet in a blink of the eye; and once the black essence force wore off, he channeled it again to flee with his life!

He wasn’t afraid of them, but he was ashamed! He didn’t intentionally peek, but it felt as though was caught while thieving; and it was extremely shameless.

The young miss saw Jiang Yi’s speed drastically increased and could only see a blurred back view in just a few blinks of the eye. She stomped her foot in with anguish and clenched her teeth furiously. “Little thief, I have remembered your face. You better not let me, Yue Mei’er, see you again, or else I will peel your skin off!”

“Hu-Hu!”

Jiang Yi expended about eight wisps of black essence forces to travel about a few hundred feet. After he was certain that no one was chasing after him, he paused to pant loudly. His head was drenched in cold sweat, and his face was filled with wryness and helplessness. Before he even entered the college, he had already provoked two groups of people. It seemed like it would be hard for him to maintain a low profile in the future.
