167 Cook Or Flirt?

Scrambled eggs, some salad, and waffles. Minhyun picked this menu because this seemed like the simplest meal to make for his girl. Although he can give her money and trips, this time, he wanted to give her something that he personally made. Something that took time and effort.

However, clearly from the burning smell and smoke coming from the pan, that wasn't going to happen anytime soon. He followed the instructions and tried everything, but he couldn't tell when the the pan was hot enough to cook the eggs or when to turn off the heat.

"I can't believe that you've never cooked in your entire life," Yoona said as she began to crack the eggs for him.

Minhyun scratched the back of his head. "I always have someone get me food or have the personal cooks make me food. I wasn't able to eat more homemade foods until you moved in."

She shook her head. To think someone would have never cooked in their entire life.

Was it that weird? Minhyun grew up with people who saw never cooking food themselves as a social norm so it was expected that he thought the same way. n.o.body in the rich circle, unless they were a chef themselves, cooked at all in their household.

It was not a skill he necessarily needed to have either. He had more important things to spend his time on.

But now, he regretted not learning it because he had failed to make Yoona a good brunch, or even some edible food. He wanted to impress her.

However, the suggestion of cooking with her wasn't bad at all either. He loved staying by her side, no matter what activity they were doing.

"How about you stir the eggs," she suggested. She pa.s.sed him a bowl of the already cracked eggs and a fork.

"Yes ma'am," he whispered while staring into her eyes, almost in a seductive manner.

She scrunched her face, wondering what he was up to, before turning her body around. Why was there a bad feeling in her chest? For some reason, it seemed like this was going to be more than just a simple cooking session.

As he stirred the eggs, Yoona began to make the salad. Since the current ingredients were bruised and ruined, curtsey to Minhyun, she had to cut new ones again. She began to chop, carefully cutting the cherry tomatoes and lettuce into halves.

Minhyun glanced over. "So talented."

Yoona rolled her eyes. She couldn't believe this guy. He was hyping her up for the most average actions. She knew for a fact that he would be able to do this much, after all, he was talented with the knife when it came to fighting. Or that's what she a.s.sumed anyways.

"Stop it. Anyone can do this."

"Not me."

Yoona placed the cut tomatoes in a small bowl. "Don't lie. You can do this too."

Minhyun let out a sly smirk. He put the bowl and fork down and walked closer to her before wrapping his arm around her waist. "You're right. Cutting is simple, but it's cuter when you do it."

A blush appeared on her cheeks and she pushed his hands away. "Stop teasing me."

"Why?" He asked, wrapping his hands around her once more. This time tighter than the first. She could feel his body against her and last night's memories came back to her in short flashes of pleasure. "It's not my fault that you drive me crazy."

Minhyun had finally gone insane. Did finally have s.e.x have this much effect on him? She looked down at herself, how good was she really? She enjoyed having him view her as a queen, but it was strange.

A laugh escaped her lips. "Stop touching me, or else I won't be able to cook."

Instead of listening to her words, his hand went underneath her dress and rode up to her b.u.t.t cheeks. He squeezed it tightly. "Actually… I don't think I feel that hungry."

Was he serious?

"Hey," Yoona squealed before slapping his hand away. "You need to have more self-control."

"But I can't after having a taste of you," he whispered into her ear.

Yoona shook her head. The fact that he was trying to seduce her while she was trying to cook was a new combination. She was flattered, but the work needed to be done. After all, he was the one that starting this whole cooking business to begin with.

"You said you wanted to cook for me so help me instead of preventing me," Yoona said firmly. She pointed to the bowl of eggs. "Stir."

Minhyun, ultimately defeated by her strict tone nodded. "Okay." He didn't forget to sneak in another squeeze and kissed her on the back of her head.
