"So, what's the next plan?" Solitary Tempest said.

"Well, I'm still planning to head to Orion City, but I don't know about you guys if you two are still intent on following me," Michael said while eating a chicken drumstick.

"That's still the plan for me, what about you Tempest?" Viper said while looking at Solitary Tempest.

"I'm coming of course. I'm curious what Orion looks like" Solitary Tempest said while taking a sip of her fruit juice that she made herself.

The other players patronizing the tavern would throw a glance towards them from time to time, as they were really curious about who they are.

After all, all three of them are wearing hooded cloaks, and not only that, their faces are even covered with a mask that hides half of their faces, which made the players curious about them as they had never seen these three players before, except that all three of them are now wearing their hoods up as they ate and drank their ordered meals, probably because they didn't want the people around them to see their faces while they are not wearing their mask.

"Who do you think those three people are?" a player whispered to his friend beside him.

His friend just rolled his eyes at him and said, "How would I know? Can't you see that their names are hidden? They are either high leveled players or they have an item that hides their ident.i.ties"

"Do you think they already have a guild? Maybe we can recruit them to join ours?" the Wizard said.

Hearing his buddy, the Hunter's eyes quickly lit up and said to his friend in a low voice, "Right, we are already Level 25 and we still can't see their information. If they are truly five levels higher than us, then they are certainly experts!"

"Come, let's go over towards them and see if they're not affiliated to any guild, and maybe we can get them to join us"

Of course, they weren't the only ones who had those thoughts as there were also other players having the same content of conversation among the other players.

And just when the players were about to execute their plan, the door of the tavern abruptly opened, which quickly attracted their attention towards it.

A group of five knights quickly entered the tavern, and the one leading this group of knights is a man around mid-forties with a blonde beard and mustache on his face.

This group of people quickly scanned the people inside the tavern, and the players and other NPCs just looked on and didn't dare to make any noise that would disturb these knights, who are probably on a mission just from how they are acting.

"Knights... what do you think they are here for?" a young man whispered towards the middle-aged man beside him.

"Brat, why do you keep asking me questions that I don't even know the answer of!?" the Hunter scowled in annoyance.

"Okay, okay. Geez, so cranky" the young man just snorted and turned his attention back towards the knights.

Then one of the knights spotted Michael and the rest, he hurriedly leaned in towards the middle-aged knight and gestured towards the direction of Michael and the other two.

"Captain, over there"

The Knight Captain quickly turned his head towards the direction where his men are gesturing at and saw the three hooded people.

The knight captain looked back towards his men and said, "Wait for me outside"

"Yes sir"

Then all of them left the tavern and stood guard outside.

Then the Knight Captain cleared his throat and slowly made his way towards the direction of where Michael and the others are.

"Ahem, Good afternoon esteemed guests. I am Davon, the Knight Captain of Earl Res.h.i.+d. My lord had tasked me to personally invite you, esteemed guests, in his home. That is if you have time, but if you don't, then my lord would understand" Davon cleared his throat as he arrived before their table, then politely bowed before Michael, Viper and Solitary Tempest.

And his action startled the NPCs watching them, especially the owner of the tavern and the players who are watching them intently.

Michael wore his mask and took off his hood and looked at Davon, then at his companions and said, "What do you guys think?"

"I don't mind. After all, we'd be staying here for a while. Heck, maybe the Earl could even give us a quest" Solitary Tempest said, from which the ears of the players quickly perked up when they heard what she said.

After all, a quest given by a n.o.ble would surely be something amazing with a lot of rewards.

"Will there be food and accommodation?" Viper shamelessly asked Davon.

"Of course, there will be food, but as for accommodation… I apologize as I cannot decide on this matter" Davon said with a stiff smile on his face as he wasn't expecting that question from Viper.

"Let's go then," Viper said, as he slowly stood up from his seat.

Michael and Solitary Tempest also stood up in agreement, mostly because they could also smell a Quest heading their way, as rewards from a n.o.ble are bountiful, and they just can't ignore it.

When Davon, Michael and the rest finally left the tavern, the place suddenly became boisterous.

"Holy s.h.i.+t, did you guys see that? The Knight Captain, the freaking knight captain of the Earl personally came to invite those three players...three f*cking players into the Earl's State!"

"d.a.m.n, I could already smell a Quest when Captain Davon appeared here"

"Just who are those three people, they are clearly not from here. Are there already players who had gained n.o.bility?"

"No way, even if a player gains a n.o.ble status, they would only at most become a Baronet or a Baron right now, and even if they were, the Earl would surely not send his right-hand man just to welcome them right?"

"Then that could only mean.."

"That they are Rankers who already made a name for themselves in the game!"
