Matthews immediately answered " They do 5 year contracts.How can a company not do 5 year contracts. Based on the mutual benefits for both the companies, the contract duration can be altered"

But this is only applicable for all the companies which follow OJEU (Official Journal of European Union) .But Cla.s.sic industries is a US based company and they are not obliged to follow your rules.The contract structure and terms differ based on the geographical locations"
