The bodyguards behind Nangong Yue turned pale and quickly helped her back onto her feet. They then turned towards Gu Ruoyun and said, "You've hurt the Lady of our family. Clearly, you're looking for death. Let's kill this woman and help our Lady vent her frustration!"

One bodyguard remained behind to support Nangong Yue as the rest of the group charged towards Gu Ruoyun.

After a long pause, once Gu Ruoyun had finally disappeared, the leader finally returned to his senses and hurriedly rushed to Nangong Yue's side.
