"That is the monster from the book, Tenko!" yelled Anko.

Tenko quickly unsheathed her sword and went to charge on it, yelling, "Use your magic now!"

Quickly with the speed of lightning, her hand moves and recreated the circle within a few moments. Tenko throws her torch over the monster's head, and it's instantly stretching its head right to chomp Tenko in its mouth. She holds her sword with both of her hand and dashed around as the monster trying to eat her.

*Fwooosh*

She stopped her slide with her feet and slash the monster's hand, cutting them apart from its body. A blue liquid gus.h.i.+ng out from its body as Tenko kept repeatedly swinging her sword on it.

The monster stretches its head and instantly turns to eat Tenko. Her eyes widened, she knew she won't be able to dodge it, but then…

*BAM *BAM *BAM *BAM *BAM

Spray of water staggered it, Anko did her job well and come at the right time. However, the monster has another trick up its sleeve. It created another head without a mouth and slammed Tenko with it against the wall.

"Nghhf"

The damage was ma.s.sive. Soon after, the monster created another head. "TENKO, LOOK OUT!"

Her eyes quickly widened. She recovers her ground and steps away from it. As the head is coming at her, she slip through from it.

*BAM*

The monster stuck its own head on the wall. Tenko waste this chance not as she dashes to the front, and then slicing it apart.

Veins popped up of her hands as she raised her sword again and do another slice.

*SLASH*

"GRAHSHHASHFHAAFSF" The monster is screaming in incomprehensible sound.

She managed to cut it apart, but soon after, the monster made another 5 more and sent them swinging in different directions right to Tenko's location. Flailing around randomly. She doesn't know what to do, this is the end for her. There is no way she can avoid it… is what she thought… until she remembers that one skill.

As she mumbles the name of that skill, her hand moves on its own, forming a flick and then, yelling, "Turn Undead!" She snapped it.

*Bwoooooosszzziiiiiiiiiing*

"KRIGHHGHGIHIGHGHGIHGHIGIEEGHEHGEHGEHGEH"

The monster, even without eyes, was blinded by the bright light coming from Tenko's finger.

Its heads flailing around, crus.h.i.+ng all the walls around it.

*Crack *Crack *Crack *Boom *Boom *Boom

The ceiling is about to crash. This is bad for both of them. It's not going to be several hundred damage, if they get crushed by those, it's going to be a million damage to them. Crus.h.i.+ng them to a piece of paper.

But then, Tokaya was suddenly heard. Yelling in their direction, "ANKOOOOOOO! MOVE!!"

Hearing that from her behind, Anko quickly turned around to see it. She saw a body is being thrown at her, "Uguhf."

Chika crashed to Anko, making both of them fall.

Tokaya quickly opened her hands wide and it went aflame right away. She jumped inside and then rapidly firing a bolt of fire from her palm.

*Bwoosh *Bwoosh *Bwoosh*

"KREEEEEEGHHGHGHEEEEEEEGHH"

Burning the monster in flames, it quickly screamed in even greater pain. Just like holy damage, fire damage is also effective towards the undead. Tokaya quickly sends down even more to it, making the monster staggered to the wall.

Anko and Chika quickly noticed that they are in huge trouble as the golem is quickly approaching them. Anko kicked Chika's stomach and then quickly ran away.

"Nghf, you,,, You'RE GOinG To pAY FoR ThiS!" yelled Chika as she rejoined the group.

*BOOOM*

The golem crashed to the wall of the door because it couldn't control its body and speed. The ground shook so heavily, "K, COME HERE!" Hearing Tenko's shout, Tokaya controlled her body with an instinct and regroup deeper inside with the rest of her group.

The ceiling is crumbling. Stones keeps repeatedly falling down, and Tokaya maneuvers them from side to side and then jumped to Tenko's arms in the nick of time.

*BANG *BANG *BANG

The golem lowered its posture and then send its hand inside, grabbing whatever that comes to its sense… and instead of grabbing Tokaya and her group. It managed to grab the monster from the rubble.

It pulls it out.

*BWAM*

The monster screech once more, "KREEEEEEEEEEGHGHHHHHEEEEEE"

It opens its mouth wide and shot a burst of completely dark substance to its head. However, it did nothing to the giant. As the giant groan, "Grooooooooooooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh!!" Its voice sent s.h.i.+vers to the monster's boneless spine. The giant opened its palms and then slap the monster to pieces... but the core is still alive.

However, the giant didn't stop there either.

It gripped it half with both of its hands and then twisted it, "Grehgeheeeeeeeeee…"

The giant then slammed it down to the stone ground below. Raising its feet high, the golem smashes it down.

*BOOOOOM*

A cloak of smoke appeared beneath its feet, the monster has dissipated into thin air. Now that the threat is gone, the golem turned its head away and then walked back to where it came from.

"HOLY GOOOOOOD! THAT WAS INSANE!!" screamed Chika as she rolls around in the ground, "THAT WAS THE BEST, THE BEEEEEEEEEEEEESTEST OF THE BEEEEST"

"Heh" Anko chuckled as she smiles towards her. Turning her head around, she saw Tenko caresses Tokaya's hair whilst hugging her. "That was quite something, isn't it?" said Tenko.

"Fufu, fufufu" lifting her head up, meeting Tenko's gaze. Tokaya then said, "Something indeed."

A smile was formed on Tenko's lips, the atmosphere turns even warmer when Tokaya replied… with the same smile on her face.

Unlike before, they have used to it by now. That monster was unexpected to make an appearance there, but they have expected that it would somehow appear somehow. Their countermeasure for the monster has been prepared beforehand, but since it ended well enough, they just leave it as it is.

Tenko was about to get up, but Tokaya stopped her, hugging her down with her, "Just stay like this, please. 5 more minutes?"

Tenko smiled and then sat down again. Rubbed her head… once again.

After a while, another [Notification] popped up.

Their brows light up, except Tokaya who buried her face deep in Tenko's chest.

She quickly tapped her shoulder, "K, look, look!"

"Mm?" Tenko turned her head away and saw the [Notification], and her eyes too… light up.

They have gained an astronomical amount of EXP that was so unexpected. They thought that the monster was survived, but it turns out… it didn't. Even if the way of it is different than what they actually thought, they never expected it to die so easily.
