"Blazing Dragon Talon", Takeo shouted as he kicked the monster with fiery kick. The monster staggered and cried in pain but Takeo relentlessly attacked it. "Blazing Dragon Demolition Claw, Blazing Dragon Fang, Jet Wing Strike, Impact Burst, Slas.h.i.+ng Talon", Takeo unleashed a barrage of attacks on the monster, giving it no time to retaliate, let alone move. Akihiro and Nina looked on in amazement at Takeo's power. "He looks so cool, wish I was a Dragonkin", Akihiro exclaimed in awe. Nina replied, "me too". Takeo, after beating the monster to near death, said, "now to finish this with a Blazing Dragon Blasting Roar", he c.o.c.ked back and shot forth a ma.s.sive fire blast from his mouth in a similar way a dragon breathes fire. The creature was burned to cinders. "hehe, a job well done, if I say so myself", Takeo said, dusting off his hands.

Takeo turned to his friends and asked, "are you guys alright?" Akihiro replied, "we're all good here". Takeo sighed in relief, "good, I was worried I didn't make it back in time, " Takeo said. Nina stood up and asked, "Back from where? Where the h.e.l.l did you go?!" Takeo looked at them for a second then said, " I'll explain later, for now I need to-". Before he could finish what he was saying, Akihiro and Nina's parents came running to them. "Sweetheart, are you okay, you're not hurt, are you?", Nina's mother asked her. Their parents then looked up at Takeo and noticed that he had his wings and claws out. They knew what he was but they pretended to not know. Volcanius then said, " those two friends of yours". Takeo replied, "them? Are you sure?" "Yeah" , Volcanius replied. Takeo nodded and said to the parents, " I know you know what I am, cuz you guys are Dragonkin like me". They continued to play dumb. He then said, "Bahamut, you know that name?". The parents then looked shocked because they all knew Bahamut. Takeo went on to explain the situation with Bahamut to them all. "So, I am here to find more Dragonkin to help me in this battle to protect the human realm" , he finished. "So, I need you to tell them the truth" , Takeo said in a very serious tone to the parents. The parents were silent at first, but they reluctantly agreed. Their parents gave them a Dragonshard, telling them to read it.

Nina read the words "Tempest Monarch" and Akihiro read the words "Light Ruler". They then were enveloped by light and wind, unlocking their closed-off Dragonkin blood. "W-Whoa" Nina exclaimed. "Amazing, this is so weird but so awesome". Takeo smiled, "Well, I'm not alone anymore". Their parents explained that they were Draco-Valorians, the warrior Dragonkins and why they had to hide this from them. Volcanius said to Takeo, " we don't have time to explain it all to them now, we have to hurry". Takeo nodder and said to them, "We have to hurry and find others". He stretched out his hand and asked, "you're not forced to come, it's your choice, but will you help me, Nina? Akihiro?"

Akihiro laughed and said, "man, we've been friends for a long time now, you bet your a.s.s I'm helping my best friend out". Nina stood quiet and then said, "now that I got this power, I can protect the things that i love, count me in". Nina walked up and high-fived Takeo. Takeo then said, "Yes, now, I need to very quickly go over how to use your power" So he ran through how to utilize their Dragonkin abilities. "Now I know I flew through that extremely quickly, but we honestly don't have the time to do a cla.s.s discussion about it", Takeo said. "Plus, I honestly just figured it out as I went", Takeo continued.

Just then, something crashed down only a few feet behind them. The resulting shockwave sent Nina, Akihiro, and Takeo flying. Takeo, being pretty fit and acrobatic, landed on his feet while Nina and Akihiro hit the ground hard. Takeo looked up to see a odd-looking Dragonkin. He had blue spiky hair and blue eyes. He didn't wear a s.h.i.+rt which showed his tatted chest. He wore a unique tribal pants, tore up and worn out. His most notable feature was his wings, which looked more like tree branches than wings. They had blue crystal-like leaves on them. He gave off a ominous and malicious aura. His presence shook Takeo down to his core. "Who the h.e.l.l this guy?!", Takeo thought. The man glanced over to Takeo and in an instance, appeared right in front of his face. Takeo jumped back a few feet. "I didn't even see him move" , Takeo thought. "You're the current Dragonkin Prince, am I right?" the man said. Takeo stood there, trying to comprehend this guy's level of power then said, "what if I ". In a flash, the man gut-punched him and said, "I have a qualm with the Dragon Royalty". Takeo fell to his knees, blood falling out of his mouth. The man smirked and said, "get up, royalty isn't supposed to be on their knees". He then proceeded to kick Takeo, sending him flying. That's when it hit Takeo, the real gravity of the situation he recklessly jumped into. Nina, sat up in time to see Takeo get knocked away. "Takeo!!" She shouted, then she looked at the guy who sent him flying. Nina, while just got taught how to sense Dragunov, could already feel the man's immense energy. "This g-guy is seriously strong", Nina thought. The guy looked at her and said, "what? Gonna fight me now after I sent your Prince flying like a paper airplane?". Nina gritted her teeth, but before she could say anything Takeo, who staggered over to her said, "no, this is our fight, Bahamut". Nina's and Akihiro's eyes widened as they realized who this powerful foe was. Bahamut then said, "so you do know of me, good, remember my name, for it'll be the name of the one who ends your disgusting Royal lineage". Akihiro walked up and grabbed Takeo's shoulder and said, "come on man, you know this guy will be tough to beat on your own, let us help". Takeo, surprised, said, "But...you guys aren't ready to fight this guy, h.e.l.l, y'all ain't even ready to fight anything". Nina got up and said, "Well, we'll use him to get used to our power". Takeo sighed and said, "you guys wouldn't let me fight even if I told y'all not to come, would you?" Nina and Akihiro both said, in unison, "yup". Takeo shook his head and "fine, but don't complain to me about it later". Takeo and his two friends dashed in at Bahamut.
