Then, looking at Lucy, he asked, "Are you crazy? Throwing away such a precious weapon?!"

He really felt that Lucy had gone mad, as every set of purity weapons was priceless! Even though the Sword of Purity's defenses were weaker than the s.h.i.+eld of Purity, its destructive capability was stronger than the s.h.i.+eld of Purity's. Thus, he could not understand why Lucy would give such a precious treasure to Steve.

"Someone like you would never understand! It is because I love him," Lucy said, smiling.

Sofia looked at the smile on Lucy's face and was stunned. It was as if she was seeing her little sister for the first time. Stuart's face was twisted with jealousy, as Steve was Sofia's boyfriend, and now, he had even had an affair with Lucy!

In his eyes, Steve was nothing but a useless being and would never be good enough for them. The fact that Steve had such good luck only made him more jealous.

"Even if he has the Sword of Purity, he still cannot escape his death!" Stuart growled, full of rage.

The Robot Golem roared loudly too. After all, its arm had just been chopped off, which had ignited his b.e.s.t.i.a.l fury!

Boom!

The Robot Golem charged towards Steve, its hands carrying weapons and chopping downwards. Steve held the Sword of Purity in his hands, feeling stronger than ever. Even though he was facing the powerful Robot Golem, he still felt that he could defeat it.

"Glowing Swordplay!" Steve shouted.

The residual images of the sword glinted in the light, like a blooming lotus. The pure white light of the Sword of Purity was breathtaking and magnificent. But, hidden within its beauty was a sharp and fatal danger!

s.h.i.+ng! s.h.i.+ng! s.h.i.+ng!

Steve charged forward immediately, swift as a spirit, and every time the sword caught the light, an arm of the Robot Golem was chopped off. It had only been one round, and already, Steve had chopped off all of the Robot Golem's arms!

Roarrr!

The Robot Golem roared, opening its mouth and shooting laser bullets out of it continuously. Steve waved the Sword of Purity around, blocking all of the bullets.

"Go and die!" he screamed.

The Traveler's Boots sped up suddenly, while the Dark Shadow activated. At the same time, Steve's speed increased drastically, leaving behind only a shadow in his wake. Then, he chopped off the Robot Golem's head!

After losing its head, the Robot Golem froze on the spot. Steve's face was a little pale, as the Sword of Purity had consumed much of his energy. It was like a bottomless pit, swallowing one third of his energy after only a few uses.

Fortunately, he had recovered to his peak condition. Otherwise, if he had been in his previous weakened condition, he might not have had enough strength to have used it even once!

It was the same situation as when Sofia had used the s.h.i.+eld of Purity earlier. It had sucked out all of her energy, leaving her exhausted, with not even enough energy to move her fingers.

"It's your turn now." Steve smiled coldly, looking at Stuart.

Panic flashed in Stuart's eyes, but he quickly calmed down and said, "Do you think that the Robot Golem would be defeated so easily?"

"Life Sacrifice!" Stuart screamed madly, as a gust of red life energy rushed out from his body, fusing together with the Robot Golem.

His skin shrank and dried out rapidly, while white hair appeared suddenly on his head. The sacrifice was depleting his life, but he couldn't care less about that now.

Sploosh…

The head and arms that Steve had chopped off melted into a black liquid, flowing back into the Robot Golem's body. Soon, the Robot Golem had recovered back to its original state, its black energy even more majestic.

Roaarrr!

The Robot Golem looked at Steve, then roared with anger. It then charged forward at Steve like a ferocious beast. Steve frowned, dodging it hastily, choosing not to clash head on with the Robot Golem.

The Sword of Purity used too much energy, so even if he was just holding it in his hand, it would still suck his energy greedily. Thus, he could only use the Sword of Purity for a maximum of three times before it depleted his energy completely.

Moreover, he was not sure how many more times Stuart could revive the Robot Golem. If he used up his energy and the Robot Golem could still be revived, then Steve would be killed! Hence, Steve needed to think of a way to get rid of the Robot Golem once and for all.

"Heart of the Universe, a.n.a.lyze the Robot Golem's weaknesses!" Steve said hurriedly.

"Already in the midst of gathering data…database complete…found the Robot Golem's weaknesses…" the Heart of the Universe replied.

A ton of information about the Robot Golem instantly appeared in front of Steve's eyes, including its turning pattern, attack paths, and movement predictions. At this moment, Steve noticed that the Robot Golem's core was turning continuously in its body, weaving with no fixed position. This movement presented a big difference as compared to the Galaxy Storm Combat Armor.

Whoos.h.!.+

Steve rushed forward, sword glinting, cutting off the arms of the Robot Golem once again. After that, he waved the Sword of Purity once again, slicing off the Robot Golem's legs.

Boom!

The Robot Golem's huge body crashed onto the ground, yet it was still as ferocious as ever, using all sorts of laser and canon attacks on Steve. Luckily, Steve dodged all of these attacks nimbly.

"Hahaha, the Robot Golem is indestructible, and your cosmic forces are almost all used up! You shall die soon!" Stuart laughed gleefully.

"Who said it was indestructible?" Steve laughed coldly, then rushed to the top of the Robot Golem's head. Right at this moment, the Sword of Purity pierced through the top of the Robot Golem's head.

Craaacck…

A slight breaking sound could be heard, as the Robot Golem froze once again.

"Even if you could defeat it temporarily, I will still be able to revive it." A cold smile crept onto Stuart's face as he shouted, "Life Sacrifice!"

A tremendous force erupted from within his body, but this time, his bubbling blood did not leave him. Stuart lapsed momentarily, before shouting once again, "Life Sacrifice!"

But, nothing changed, as his life force did not disappear. Steve then pulled out the Sword of Purity, seeing that a devil ball, which was the size of a fist, was stuck on it.

He then said, "It has already been destroyed, so who do you want to sacrifice yourself to?"

Caw Caw Caw…

The devil ball was a metal living organism, and after a few pitiful squawks, it suddenly exploded.

"You actually found the Robot Golem's core!" Stuart shouted.

He was shocked and his face paled suddenly.

The devil ball has been destroyed, and the Robot Golem can never be revived again!

"It's your turn now! How do you wish to die?" Steve stood on top of the giant robot, Sword of Purity in his hand, looking down at Stuart.

Stuart's eyes were filled with fear. He finally felt the threat of death in this moment. All of his tricks had been used up, rendering him utterly helpless.
