As Steve waited, he was not standing idly by. Having obtained the final ingredients from the Black Tiger Combat Unit, he started to use this time to refine serums.

The Spiritual Serum was just a pure guess for Steve. As such, he was unsure if it could be refined. While attempting to refine the serum, Steve was also concerned about the situation with Judy and Vivien.

Some time ago, the silver metal plate, which now appeared like water polo b.a.l.l.s, had exploded, then quickly condensed into small b.a.l.l.s. These b.a.l.l.s seemed to resemble the stars of the universe and were revolving in sequence. Some of the b.a.l.l.s emitted glowing light, while others were arranged in rings, forming a complex galaxy.

Judy's a.n.a.lysis was becoming more laborious, and it could be seen from her changing facial expressions and constantly waving hands that she was manipulating the position of the stars and the order of the galaxy.

Many hours later…

The silver metal sheet, which had now changed into a galaxy, was starting to change again.

Boom!

Suddenly, the center of the universe collapsed into a huge black hole, which devoured the surrounding planets crazily. It soon grew to the size of an entire galaxy and devoured more smaller galaxies at a lightning-fast rate!

"Oh no, it failed!" Judy was shocked.

"What happens if you fail?" Steve asked anxiously.

"The entire simulated universe will be swallowed up by black holes. Then, it will disappear, leaving nothing behind! It must be a means of self-protection that they left behind, in order to destroy their every trace!" Judy explained.

Steve could not believe that everything, which had been going so smoothly, would suddenly fail at this moment! At this juncture, however, he was still unwilling to abandon all of his previous efforts.

"Is there a remedy?" Steve asked.

Judy shook her head, "It's too late. The self-destructive system has already been activated."

Steve was upset, as he was still somewhat unwilling to give up. After all, this was the only trace of the Mayan civilization that they knew of!

"I know how to save it." The voice of the Heart of the Universe suddenly sounded in Steve's mind.

"What can you do?" Steve asked, while hope filled his heart.

"Maybe you can try this..." the Heart of the Universe said. "Use a sword and slash the black hole with all of your might. Hopefully, that will destroy it."

"Split it? Will that work? Steve asked.

"Give it a try. It just might work," the Heart of the Universe replied.

Steve was silent for a moment, then finally chose to believe in the Heart of the Universe. After all, if nothing was done, the self-exploding system would destroy everything anyway! Since that was the case, Steve chose to give it a try.

"I have a way," Steve said.

"What are you going to do?" Judy was surprised. She wondered what Steve could possibly do.

"Maybe we can try this..." As Steve rushed forward, the mimetic weapon in his hand turned into a sword.

Before Judy could even respond, Steve suddenly slashed the black hole that had swallowed everything. As Judy was shocked by Steve's actions, she shouted, "Are you crazy? Stop it!"

Unfortunately, it was too late to stop him!

Boom!

As Steve's sword slashed the black hole, an explosive sound was heard. Immediately, a huge gap had been torn in the black hole, which caused its engulfing speed to slow down significantly.

Looking at the slashed black hole, Judy suddenly felt a strange sense of familiarity…

Crash...

Just as Judy was pondering, the stars of the universe suddenly rushed into the black hole. In the blink of an eye, all of the stars converged and became a silver metal sheet again. However, the words and patterns on the current silver metal sheet had changed significantly.

Boom!

Suddenly, a ray of light arose from the inside of the silver metal sheet, then broke through the seal of the Apollo Battles.h.i.+p and rushed out of the Magical Beast Mountains.
