Steve sobered up and said, "Yes! Judy can sense the power of the rulers of the past, so maybe she knows!"

Thinking of this, he immediately called Judy in his heart. "Judy, you said that you could sense the scent of the rulers of the past. Do you have any new discoveries to share regarding this?" Steve asked.

Before she could even answer, Steve explained to Judy about his kiss with Vivien, as well as everything that happened in the PK battle.

"Hmm… So you kissed again, without any reaction?" Judy asked for confirmation.

"Yes!" Steve said.

Judy was silent for a moment, then said in a solemn voice, "It's very likely that there's a ruler of the past lurking within her."

"What? There is a ruler of the past inside of her?" Steve asked in shock.

"Yes. The rulers of the past are strange. Every ruler controls different forces," Judy said, "Even if a ruler of the past is attached to her, it's normal that you could not sense it."

Steve listened to Judy as she talked about the rulers of the past. Anything that existed in the universe, whether it was time, s.p.a.ce, water, fire, love, greed and so on, a corresponding ruler of the past would be born to rule over it.

For instance, when living things felt hatred, a ruler of the past, who would be given the duty to control hatred, would be born. Similarly, the existence of water in the universe gave rise to the existence of a ruler of the past with the power over water. Whether it was tangible or intangible, even if it was just a feeling, as long as it existed, there would be a corresponding ruler of the past born to rule over it!

The existence of these things was very strange and nearly indescribable. Hearing this, Steve had to wonder…

What would the ruler of the past who controlled love be like?

Because love has no physical body, the ruler of the past who controlled love must not exist physically either. Instead, it must exist in a special state!

"Could it hurt her if she really has a ruler of the past in her body?" Steve asked.

"I don't know. And remember, we still don't know if Vivien even has a ruler inside her. It may be some other kind of power," Judy said. "As such, it's impossible to confirm whether Vivien is safe or not."

Steve was nervous, so he asked, "Is there any way to check on the state of her body?"

"There are instruments in the Apollo Battles.h.i.+p that can detect rulers of the past," Judy said.

"Please, examine her immediately!" Steve said.

If the hidden ruler of the past was indeed in Vivien's body, Steve wanted to know if it would be a danger to Vivien, and if so, Steve would certainly do something about it!

"Are you sure you want to examine her?" Judy asked. "After all, that is tantamount to telling her the secret of the Apollo Battles.h.i.+p!"

Steve's heart sank as he asked, "If I had to take her there to get her checked out, would you stop me?"

"You are now the successor of the Apollo Battles.h.i.+p, as well as the caretaker of the Star of Hope. If you have to bring her in, I won't stop you. But, you have to know that it you will be taking a big risk..." Judy said.

The more people that knew about the secret of the Apollo Battles.h.i.+p, the higher the risk of it being exposed would become. This was what Judy was alluding to.

"Maybe we find another way..." Steve said, clearly taking her warning under advis.e.m.e.nt.

After a while, Judy responded, "Well, on second thought, your approach is feasible. However, there are still several unpredictable risks."

"Never mind about them! Just do it," Steve said.

"As you wis.h.!.+" After Judy said this, she broke off contact with Steve and began to prepare.

At this time, Steve looked more relaxed. As the conversation just now was carried out in his subconscious state, Vivien was unaware of it.

"Um… Um..." A faint moan rang out in Steve's ear, and Steve looked back at the place where the sound was coming from.
