Steve looked back and saw George and Belak getting out of the police car. Recognizing Steve at that moment, George called out in surprise, "Oh! It's you guys!"

"These other guys are members of the Black Tiger Combat Unit!" Belak was quick to point out the ident.i.ty of the other three people in the group.

"I called the police!" Vivien walked out and told them what had just happened.

When George and Belak heard that the Black Tiger Combat Unit was behaving so despicably, they were furious.

"These people should have been punished long ago!" Belak was clearly very angry.

However, they both looked at Steve with surprise, as they had never thought that a recruit could so easily subdue three veterans! After all, Wally and the other two had basic cell values that were between 360 and 370!

George frowned, jogging his memory of Steve, "I remember you quite clearly now. You are the recruit who took the top spot as Number One! I knew I recognized you! You also set a new record for the group battle."

After George's reminder, Belak also recalled who Steve was. Just that very day, the military base camp had ordered that Steve be protected. They had both been surprised upon suddenly hearing his name.

Then, after reading some information on him, they had learned that Steve was a super genius! Hence, it was no wonder that the military base camp would emphasize his personal safety!

Of course, his armored robot test results had been deliberately kept out of the public eye, not being officially published anywhere. In fact, the reason why the military base camp placed so much importance on Steve's safety was because they considered Steve as being somewhat of a secret weapon for them!

The key reason for this was that Steve's 90% brain wave fusion could truly determined the victory or defeat of an entire war. If Steve became the top among the trump card soldiers, his importance would only become even more invaluable in the future. As such, considering Steve's potential, the military base camp ordered him to be protected.

Of course, Steve himself was unaware of the order. This prevented Steve from becoming too arrogant and bullying others.

Soon after George and Belak received the order to protect Steve's safety, they had come here to find Steve in trouble! They knew that if anything was to happen to Steve, they would be severely punished.

"Get up! You have violated the security treaty of the military base camp. We are now formally arresting you!" George shook Wally to snap him out of his unconscious state, then handcuffed him.

"Officer, we were just trying to teach him a lesson. That's no reason for you to arrest us!" Wally screamed anxiously.

"Perhaps so, but you used thermal weapons illegally, which almost threatened the personal safety of the recruits. You can explain that to the judge yourself," George said, while he escorted Wally to the police car.

"We are members of the Black Tiger Combat Unit. You can't do this to us..." Wally was still screaming.

"I think I need medical treatment. Can I at least be treated first?" Oliver asked bitterly.

"Me too!" Eric said, his face grimacing in pain.

George and Belak were shocked when they saw the three men's injuries, so they swiftly sent them to get medical treatment first.

"Mr. Steve, rest a.s.sured that we will punish them severely." Before leaving, George made a solemn promise to Steve.

All three of the men were then ushered into the police car. It was not until the police car left that Vivien breathed a sigh of relief.

She then turned to Steve and said, "Thank you for saving me."

"For safety's sake, you must surely stay with me these next few days," Steve said.

Vivien nodded, now fully understanding why this was a must.
