"So any news about how many we lost?" asks Faren Neria, who was looking a bit sad about losing Duncan says, "We lost almost all Grey Warden in Ferelden. We are all that is left behind but don't lose hope we can still stop the blight. But first, we shall regroup with the others."

Neria guides them to the group to a place little outside Lothering. There they meet with Daveth, Darrian, Sten, and Leliana who were waiting for them and someone else.

"So these are the other Grey Warden you all mentioned before. h.e.l.lo, my name is Leliana. Nice to meet you," says Leliana and Sten was only looking grim at them.

"What's wrong with him," whispers Faren to Neria, she answered him, "He is a Qunari don't await an invitation to talk from him if it's not important he is a good warrior and that's all that we need from him."

"Who are we waiting for?" asks Alistair Neria and group when a fist hit him hard on the head and behind the fist came a voice everybody knows that say, "We were waiting for your group the whole so don't think you were waiting for me."

Holding his head in pain and seeing him alive gave Alistair some tears the others were now relieved to see Logan alive. Logan takes them into a bear hug and let them go again saying, "Alright we are all here Alistair have you and the other seen the doc.u.ments yet?" they begin to nod and Faren says, "These are contracts that when in time of need and blight the Mages in the circle, the Dalish, and the Dwarves will unite with the Wardens to fight the blight. So where are we going next from here?"

"Redcliffe we are going to meet Arl Eamon that Alistair knows since he was a kid. He should help us in this then we will see," says Logan to them and guides them towards a farm a little outside where they stopped.

"I will be right back, wait for a second I need to say my goodbye to someone," says Logan and disappears going into the house.

POV Logan

"Abi it's time to say goodbye for now. Here take this," Logan says to Abigail giving here the Lifebringer and keeps saying, "It's an artifact I got from Shura's wife when I was out for three days. It's called Lifebringer you need to put it in someone's dead hand and crush it and he should come back from the deads. I hope you won't need it better that you have it in all cases something happens to your family, well my to now since I will take you with me everywhere I go later on. It's time for you to go to Gwaren to take your s.h.i.+p." Logan kisses Abigail one last time and says his goodbye and returns to his group to leave Lothering.

Traveling outside they meet some Darksp.a.w.n attacking two Dwarves. 'That must be Bodahn and Sandel' thinks Logan and says, "Let's help them."

They attacked the Darksp.a.w.n that attacked the two dwarves and kill them then Faren goes over to one of the Dwarf and says, "Well well, if it's isn't Bodahn I thought you died after been banned into the Deep Roads." stretching his hand out giving him a handshake. Bodahn replies, "No no my friend I almost died there but I survived thanks to my son Sandel." "Enchantment," says Sandel happy.

"Didn't know you had a son last time I saw you, you were childless," says Faren to Bodahn.

"There are many forms to become a parent he must have adopted him am I right," says Logan looking at Bodahn, who answered, "That's right I found him in the Deep Roads or better said he found me and we found a way out of there to the surface since then there was no looking back for us."

"I have just one question since you look like Travelers could we travel together if you don't mind?" asks Bodahn Logan, who answers, "That's fine by me but what can you provide for taking you with us."

"I'm a merchant and can give you some discount on some ware and my son is a master enchanter who can enchant almost anything," says Bodahn back and Logan nods to that and allows them to stay after talking about the discount Bodahn will give them a discount of 40 percent. After that, they traveled towards Redcliffe.

At camp Logan than brought out King's and Duncan's body and they burned the like it is traditionally done in Ferelden and gave their farewells to Duncan and the King mostly Duncan only Alistair and Elissa said the farewells to Cailan since Alistair is his half brother and Elissa met him sometimes at the Landsmeet. Once done with the funeral they talked about what their plan will be.

"First we will go to Redcliffe and meet with the Arl once done we will go towards the Circle the Magi to recruit the mages then to Orzammar for the Dwarves and lastly for the Dalish in the Brecilian Forest. Do we have a plan or do we have a plan. Now it's time to sleep. We need to move fast before the Darksp.a.w.n recuperates from their loses in the last battle.

Finally a day before arriving Alistair told the other about him being the b.a.s.t.a.r.d of Maric and being Cailan's halfbrother and his relation to Arl Eamon being raising him until sending him to Bourns.h.i.+re to the Chantry where he was trained to become a Templar. Once told Logan says, " You know that you will become a King now right." Alistair answers faster than a bullet, "Never!" All began to laugh except Morrigan and Sten.

When they arrived in Redcliffe they encountered a Villager in front of the Redcliffe asking for help because at night the people get attacked by the undead. The women and children hide in the Chantry at night and the men are fighting against them.

He told them to go to the Chantry to meet Bann Teagan there. Just entering the Chantry you could find people scared waiting for death. After meeting the Banned he telling them n.o.body can enter the Castle until everyone is safe. They promising to help Redcliffe. They split up into little groups Daveth will be leading Neria Darrian and Sten they are going into the tavern look to recruit anyone that isn't fighting already. Faren will lead Alistair, Elissa and Morrigan will put the smith to work and the rest are lead by Logan who will look for tools that could be useful.

POV Logan, Lyna, Leliana and Rex

"So what do you think will be useful against the undead?" asks Lyna while Rex looking adorable at her.

"We will be looking for some oil to put them on fire when they enter the village. So I can handle the entrance and you all protect the Chantry with the militia so that when they attack from the lake since they don't breathe it's their best tactic to attack us from behind when we are all at the entrance and not near the Chantry," says Logan looking at them.

"Just don't give us a scare like the last time you fought alone," says Lyna looking a little worried about Logan.

"Don't worry about me. But about this poor village can be destroyed by me like the poor forest next to Lothering," says Logan with a smile on his face and keeps saying, "Let's check out this shop that is closed maybe it has what we need."

Following him and entering the shop and looking for oil after finding it they go to the entrance where they met Ser Perth, who was resting with the other knights that were in the city. After talking to him and telling him the battle plan he refused at first because a man versus an army of undead is an impossible fight but after some convincing, he agreed to it. And he asked for some help getting some amulets for him and the men that were blessed by the chantry sister in the Chantry. They go pretty fast to the Chantry and go back to Ser Perth and give them the amulets saying they are blessed when they are not and leave.

"Why did you say they are blessed when they are not?" asks Lyna and this time Leliana answered, "It's for the morale if we have people with high morale then they are motivated to fight even in a lost battle."

"That's right what Leliana says if you have the strongest in high morale the weakest will follow because he sees the strongest is confident in this battle," says Logan looking at both and petting Rex, who lies on the floor showing his belly waiting for some recompensation.

POV Daveth, Neria, Darrian and Sten same day

"Come on Sten we need to search for people to fight this battle," says Daveth to Sten who was taken against his will to the tavern. Once there they encounter the waitress Bella who tells them about the people around the village that doesn't fight in the battle like Gwyn a dwarf and his two human bodyguards, Lloyd the owner of this Tavern and Berwick the elf that's sitting alone.

Sten goes over to Lloyd and looks him in the eyes and says, "You will fight tonight or die right now." Seeing this Lloyd agree fast to it and the other three sighed at Sten approach of this matter.

They then walk over to Berwick and Darrian asks, "So what is an elf doing around?"

"Nothing just waiting for my friend that's all," says Berwick a little scared of them finding out his secret.

"Well, a friend of mine told me an elf in a bar waiting for a friend always smells like a spy. Sten, what do Qunari do with spies?" ask Darrian Sten.

"We kill them after torturing everything out of them but their death is slow and painful," says Sten to them with his intimidating look on his face.

"I will tell you everything just don't kill me. I was sent here by Loghain to see how the Arl is and to report to him if he gets better. The only thing I know is that the Arl got sick the moment the Arlessa hired a teacher for their son. After that everything has gone from bad to worse." says Berwick scared that they will kill him if he doesn't talk.

"You will fight tonight or die right now what do you say," says Daveth to Berwick, who only nods.

Afterward, they go to Gwyn's house and knocked on it.

"Seem like no one is home," says Daveth when suddenly Sten opens the door with his foot and he keeps saying, "Well that works too."

After going in they meet with a Dwarf that almost p.i.s.ses himself after seeing Sten walking in.

"So I heard from someone that you have something from my friend here in your possession will you give it back or do I have to let him go at you," says Daveth to Gwyn. After he hands over the sword Daveth says, "Now that we have the sword, time to fight tonight too if not our giant friend here might want to ask why you buy such a sword. They go together to Murdock who is the Leader of the Militia.

"We have new people to fight tonight with us. Hope it is enough," says Daveth to Murdock.

"Hope so too I had to send some people to look after a lad that disappeared his sister was crying rivers because she already lost her mother and father to those monsters. Luck we found him at home in a closet searching for his Grandfathers sword to use it against the undead.

After that, they group up with Logan. Waiting for the night to fall.

POV Faren, Alistair, Elissa and Morrigan

After leaving the group they make way towards the blacksmith Owen. Arriving at his home and entered it only to find a drunk old man. After discussion a little he says, " If you promise me to search for my daughter in the castle I will work again."

"I promise as a Grey Warden that I will search for your daughter once there," says Faren to Owen, who answers, "That will be enough I will start working again."

"Do we really have to look for his daughter it's not our problem, to begin with," says Morrigan looking at Faren when suddenly Alistair replies, "It's not like the mighty Morrigan need help someday."

"Fine then," she says and leaves while Owen leaves his bottle and pick his hammer and begins to work. Then everyone else leaves. Morrigan goes to Logan group while Elissa and the rest go to a house near the chantry.

The group could see Oren playing with Oriana and ser Gilmore, while Eleanor was watching them with ser Jory and his wife. Seeing an armed group approaching them both men prepared for the worse until they recognize Elissa and began to relax again. Eleanor runs towards her daughter and gives her a big hug and says, "I thought a had lost both of you in Ostagar now I know it's only one. Did you meet your brother at least before the battle to tell him what happened and how did you survive they say all Grey Warden fell in Ostagar?"

"No, I didn't meet him since he was on a recon mission when the battle happened and Logan said I shouldn't worry about him and I trust him since he made a deal with a powerful witch to save our lives. The rest I only heard from the other how he called for a retreat while he held the army of Darksp.a.w.n at bay, in the end, no one won the battle. He took out over 5000 Darksp.a.w.n alone in that battle alone without help and safely retreated when he couldn't fight any longer." says Elissa to her mother who was happy that she was alive and didn't need to grief for her any longer.

Suddenly Elissa felt a little hug from behind from Oren who says, "I missed you every day aunt since you left us here with the others. h.e.l.lo uncle Faren and Alistair nice to see again. Where is aunt Neria?

"She is with the other taking care of some business. Maybe you see her later with the others in the chantry," says Faren to Oren while petting his head, "Alright then meet you later."

Faren leaves with Alistair to the group to plan for tonight.

Once there everyone awaited them.

POV Logan

"Tonight I, Neria and Daveth will guard the entrance the rest will guard the chantry we should have no problem if a problem happens by your side send someone up so Neria and Daveth can help and I will go all out at the entrance," says Logan to all then asks, "Is everyone in the Chantry?"

"Should be its almost time," says Murdock that's around them.

"Alright then let the battle begin all on their position I don't want to lose anyone in this battle," says Logan and moves out with Neria and Daveth to the entrance, while the rest prepared for their role in defending.
