194 You Can Never Be Too Happy In This Life

Did something happened to her on her way back to the mansion?

Did she met an accident along the way?

He had asked his PA to check if there was a news of car accident in the city but none was reported.

But where was she?

It was unusual for his wife not to contact him if she needs to go somewhere.

He cancelled the last conference meeting he had for the day and started roaming around the city to search for his wife. But she was nowhere to be seen. He had called Ho Min Lin and Tan Ja Nin to ask them if they were with Song Dei Si but both of them confirmed that they have never talked with his wife yet.

He continued searching around but still he couldn't find her. He went to all the possible places that she could go to but could find her.

He called his father-in-law again and informed him that he was worried that Song Dei Si wasn't home yet. It was almost 5PM.

"I think I know where you can find her." Song Misheng said.

.....

Song Mingsheng has never lighted up a cigarette for a long time now but could not help but to buy a cigarette from the nearest store and lighted up a stick to relax his nerve.

He scolded himself for being insensitive. Of all the people around Song Dei Si he was the only one that knew how taboo that topic was for her daughter. As much as possible her daughter doesn't want to discuss anything about children. He knows how much her daugther wanted to conceive a child. If he can give everything to make her daughter happy. He would.

But you can never be too happy in this life.

.....

At West Cemetery.

Song Dei Si was standing in front of the grave of her late mother for almost three hours now. She was just standing there without moving. Whenever she felt extremely sad and incomplete, this place has became her haven since she was young. But three hours had past but the amount of pain inside her heart hasn't subsided yet. She felt like the world wasn't fair to her. Her mom either.

'You're so unfair mom, you left me early in this world and yet you gave me something that will always remind me that I am your child. Why?'

The tears that she had controlled to flow for several hours had naturally fell down into her cheeks.

'Why does your pain had also became my pain. Why does your illness will also became my illness? Why?'

A sudden thunderstorm was heard and a sudden rain immediately poured after. The dark suddenly covered the whole cemetery but Song Dei Si was not even bothered.

She kept standing there crying until she her body became numb.

...

Yan Mor Tee looked up the sky as he parked his park outside the gate of the West Cemetery. Where did that rain came from? Why it was so sudden? He picked up the umbrella that was placed underneath his seat and opened it. He walked inside the Cemetery.

It took him one hour before he reached the place from the city. He has been here once when Song Dei Si asked him to bring her here on the day of her 18th birthday. But he couldn't remember the exact location where Song Dei Si mother's body was laid.

He looked around but the sorroundings was already dark at 6PM due to heavy rains. There was no single electricity lights on inside the cemetery.

'Was she still here?'

He turned on the flashlight from his mobile phone and continued searching. He walked around and was frustrated because he came back to the same location he was earlier. Twenty minutes had past and he still couldn't find Song Dei Si.

Eventhou he felt frustrated but knew that he should not stop searching for his wife if his wife was really here. The rain hasn't stop yet and the muds has started to build up.

He continued walking on the other side and the place has started to became familiar to him. He looked around and his whole body has frozen when he saw a woman standing in front of the grave and being drenched by the rain. Even if the woman was standing 200 meters away from his location, and even if he could only see her back, he was sure that the woman who didn't move from where she stood at was his wife.

He run fast onto her location and called out her name when he was just 10 minutes away from her back.

"Song Dei Si."

It was a soft voice but enough for Song Dei Si to hear that familiar voice that made her senses back. She slowly turned her trembling body around to see the owner of the familiar voice and was pulled by his long arms and enveloped her frail body into his embrace.

The umbrella that he was holding has suddenly fell into the ground as he hugged his wife tightly. Yan Mor Tee's tears suddenly fell into his cheeks as soon as he held the woman into his embrace. This woman scared him to death and he has experienced the fear that he cannot imagine he could ever feel on his

life. He stripped off his coat from his body and used it to cover the body of his trembling wife.

He pulled her up and carried her to bring into his car.

The rain has suddenly stopped.
