Chapter 137: Blaming Game

Yan Mor Tee was about 30 meters away from Tan Ja Nin suite when he saw Tan Ji Nan came out from the door

"Ji Nan!" He hurriedly went into his direction. "How is she?" He was about to go inside the room when Ji Nan stopped him.

"It won't be best if you will come inside. My mother has lost her logical mind and might castigate you for baseless reason and it's not good if Tan Ja Nin woke up to see a warzone."

Yan Mor Tee looked at Tan Ji Nan and agreed on his suggestion.

"How did you learn about the news?" Tan Ji Nan asked Yan Mor Tee as they were seated on the bench at the park inside the hospital vicinity.

"Your father told me. He stormed off to the office and gave me a punch!"

Tan Ji Nan took a deep sigh.

"Please forgive my parent for blaming you for what happened to my sister. They lost their logical mind 7 years ago!"

"I thought you have also gone hating me?" Yan Mor Tee said in a tone of mockery. People loves to play the blaming game. This time, all the blame was throwing at him.

"I almost lost my logical reason too. But how can it be your fault? You never gave her any false hope since the beginning. Our parents does. "Tan Ji Nan gritted his teeth. "If it's not because of that agreement, my sister won't be in a position where she had believed that you belong to him as well as she was only belong to you. She stopped liking another boy when she learned from our parent that she will marry you someday. So at a young age, it has seethed on her heart."

Yan Mor Tee nodded. He felt as ease that Tan Ji Nan's mind still think in the most logical way.

"I always treated her as my own sister"

Ji Nan looked at Yan Mor Tee helplessly. "I know." He was witnessed when Yan Mor Tee defended Tan Ja Nin when she got bullied by their bully girls schoolmate when they were in kindergarten. She was bullied because they said she always had this princess-like syndrome. Yan Mor Tee told them that Tan Ja Nin was indeed a princess and all of them were not even a match to her beauty and status. But from that incident, Tan Ja Nin has began to develop huge crush for Yan Mor Tee.

"Why did she do it to herself? Did you really think that she still has feeling for me?"

"I don't know. She never confided in me again since she left for the states 5 years ago. I thought she's already okay. But some of our family friends told me that they saw her drinking alone at the Privé Club. This was happened after the news of your union surfaced the digital media. I was already in Paris that time. If there's one person that should be blame, it should have been me. I wasn't there for my sister when she needed someone to listen and understand her emotions."

But he was also nursing his broken heart too. He went to Paris because he wanted to run away from Min Lin, from the pain of seeing her again.

"Are we going to loose her?"

Tan Ji Nan saw the pain in Yan Mor Tee's eyes. No one can deny that his bestfriend doesn't love his sister. He does. But the love that Yan Mor Tee felt for her was the same love he had for her. That love of a brother to her only sister.

Tan Ji Nan tapped his shoulder. "She'll get through it."

He was also afraid that he may not be able to see her sister alive again but he needs to be strong at that moment because everyone's fighting spirit has sunk down.

"Min Lin" Song Dei Si's trembling voice was heard from the other line when she answered her call. She was already at the main lobby of Yan's Enterprise building. Yan Mor Tee called her to ask her to check on her bestfriend because she didn't pick up his call.

"It's not my fault right? It's wasn't my fault that Yan Mor Tee had fallen in love with me. It wasn't my fault that Yan Mor Tee married me and c-chose.."

Song Dei Si was not able to finish what she was about to say because she had cried endlessly.

Ho Min Lin hastened her footsteps and almost run to reach the elevator.
