Harry on the other hand, already knew that Teresa would not buy the things that she liked or wanted for herself. Hence, he decided to buy them for her. His motive of doing this wasn't to please her or indirectly force her to be with him. His only reason was to make her happy. Once she is happy, he will also be happy. That was the love he had for her.

"Teresa, do you have extra money? Can you lend me some?" Asked Zoey as she wanted to buy snacks but she did not have enough money.

"Yup, how much do you want?"

"Maybe about $20? Is it okay to lend me that much?"

"Sure, no problem."

"Thank you so much. You are my life saviour. I promised to return the money back to you once we return home." Said Zoey as she was so joyful because she could buy the special snacks that she wanted.

Jane who just came standing beside Teresa asked, "Teresa what are you buying?" As she looked at Teresa's shopping bag.

"Ohh, I'm just buying a few souvenirs and snacks for my parents and brothers."

"Aren't you buying anything for yourself?"

"Nope, why would I waste money on myself. And if I really wanted to eat any of the snacks I could just steal some from my brother's." Teresa replied cunningly as she made the joke.

Seeing her best friend's self-sacrifice att.i.tude, Jane nagged "Why are you like this again? You should sometimes think about yourself too you know? Just buy something for yourself..." Before she could finish her sentence, Harry called her and pulled her to the side.

"What are you doing?" Jane asked as she was shocked because Harry pulled her out of a sudden.

"Calm down. I just wanted to tell you, you don't need to keep nagging her, she is stubborn even if you nag she still won't listen."

"But still, I can't stand that att.i.tude of hers. She doesn't even think about herself." Jane complained.

"That's why I was thinking of buying her the things that she likes. If she doesn't want to spend money on herself, then I will spend money on her." Harry said in a manly way.

"Wow, someone is acting like a man." Jane teased.

"I'm a man. What do you mean by acting? So what does she want to buy? Do you know?"

"Yup, let me show you." Jane replied as she showed Harry the special snacks that Teresa initially wanted to buy for herself.

Soon, their trip came to an end. Everyone was at the jetty waiting for the ferry. Each one of them carried two huge bags, one was their luggage and the other was the stuff that they bought.

"You know what? Eagle Island is my second home. So, we need to come back here again in the future." Said Bob in a determined way.

Everyone laughed after listening to what he had said, but at the same time they had the same feeling as they wanted to come back here again together in the future. This place had become a special place for them. And this trip had become a special and unforgettable memory for them.

"Yup, we need to come back here again. It's a promise guys." Said William as everyone nodded in agreement.

While waiting for the ferry to arrive, Harry went to sit beside Teresa. He told her, "Hey, about the matter we said last night, don't forget that we will be friends forever."

Teresa giggled and said, "I know silly. Don't worry, no matter what happens, I will always be your friend. And of course you will alway be my big sister."

"Not sister, I'm a boy so call me big bro!" Harry replied as he gently used his fist to knock on her head.

"Aww, that hurt stupid." Teresa complained.

Harry looked at Teresa, his eyes were full of gentleness as he said, "I will be by your side forever."
