Angelique has been feeling distant lately after she stayed at Scott's house. She has been feeling depressed lately at the same time guilty of something. Since then Angelique has not seen Scott nor has he hara.s.sed her. Jordon mention to her that Scott has been away for business.

Today Angelique was feeling anxious and worried since today she will be trying out, at the same time doing her training for the modelling offer last time. She had almost forgotten it, but after the day she recovered, she received a call from the company about the schedule.

On the way to the studio, Angelique was trembling so badly that it felt like the car was shaking. Toby and Annie could not help but be quiet, as they watch Angelique shaken with fear. Toby decided to drive Angelique to the studio while Annie decides to help her and be her moral support.

As they reached the studio, Angelique turned pale as she walked out of the car. Before she and Annie could walk away, Toby called her attention, "Ange, don't worry, you'll be fine, if you feel like you can't do it tell them and don't force yourself."

Angelique looked at Toby and said, "Don't worry, you know I ain't the type of person who'll quit easily."

The two of them walked into the studio, as they entered the room. Angelique was surprised to see all the beautiful and tall ladies. She started to tremble again as she felt degraded by their presences.

While they look for the organizer, the other ladies started to murmur with each other as they witness Angelique walking around.

"Who's that girl? Is she a new model?"

"I heard the owner personally picked her, they said she'll be trying it out today whether she like it or not. If she does, she might be the main model for the top dress."

"What? It's up to her? Who does she think she is to be treated that special?"

"Anyways, doesn't she look familiar, like a brand new star, who's number one in the music industry lately. She really looked like her... She also looked like the star they been talking bout online. Who realized some photos of herself for her upcoming alb.u.m."

Angelique overheard what the ladies were talking, she looked down and averted her stare away from them.

Annie was upset when she saw Angelique feeling upset after being talked about. She thought that Angelique was really an innocent girl and does not seek conflict nor war among others.

"Excuse me, sir..."

The man frowned as he heard someone called for his attention, he was feeling stressed since some of the models for the runaway weren't what he expected. As he turned around with a cold look on his face, it quickly vanished in an instant as he witnesses the girl standing in front of him. He was totally gobsmacked and speechless.

The other ladies were surprised to witness the director did not scold Angelique, since they've been told off since they arrived and Angelique has come late yet all the director could do was stand there and watch Angeliue with an dumbfound look.

Angelique looked at the man who froze on the stop and said, 'Excuse me, sir, are you the director?"

As the director returned to his senses, he cleared his throat and said. "Yes, I am Director Eians"

Angelique felt relieved as she have approached the right person, she first looked down at him and said. "Director, I'm sorry for being late, I just recovered from a long illness and almost forgotten about the training Ms Lia offered me."

"Dear, it's no worries, I completely understand. So you are the girl the boss has mentioned. You are indeed beautiful, let me ask how tall are you?"

"Just over. 5... 5'7 Director." Angelique hesistately said since she was afraid she would not be fitting since most of the ladies in the more were taller than her.

"Well, that's fine then, we can work with that. Are you fine with wearing high heels?"

"Of course Director, I don't have a problem with them..."

"Good, then we can start today. Mary come here..." the director said as a young girl approached them. "Mary, handle her outfit for today, make sure to choice the best and most comfortable heels for her. I'll leave her under your care. Once you're done, we can start."

Angelique and Annie followed Mary to the dressing room.

As the three of them left the room, the other ladies clenched their teeth and glare at Angeliue as the director treated her so well. Some of the ladies who have been in the industry for quite a while has never been treated by the director that way, Some of them even tried to get on his good side by offering him some gift. Yet, Angelique did not do anything but was treated like a princess.

"Who does she think she is to be treated like a princess by the director?"

"So, it's true, then she was personally recommended by the boss."

"Seems like she needs to learn where she stand between us, it's best we teach her how to stand amongst us top stars."

"You're right, she just a newcomer, who does she think she is? I wonder what she did to get to the boss good side?"
