"'Tenzo', as I talked to you before about this, you will be this one's superior and guide him until he is experienced enough to handle himself. After that you can be back to partnering with 'Inu'. So the sooner you make him independent, sooner you can go back." Third Hokage explained to Yamato about his Partner 'Inu', i.e. Kakas.h.i.+ Hatake.

"As you say, Hokage sama." Yamato replied stiffly. After coming out of Root, the first thing he got was being a.s.signed to a child, he wasn't in a good mood.

"Anyway, you don't have to do anything special with him right now. Take him to the special ANBU HQ and get him what he needs, at the same time get him introduced to this Medic-Jonin in the hospital" said Third Hokage, giving Yamato an envelope with details "She knows about Jun and has agreed to teach him the way of Iryojutsu. That's all for now, you can leave. And Jun do please try to follow what I have suggested, it will definitely help you."

Jun nodded before leaving the Hokage's Office with 'Tenzo'.

Yamato guided him to an old weapon's repair shop in the corner of Konoha market, known as 'Tools and Necessities'. After entering the door of the shop Yamato wore an ANBU mask with Red Striped tattoo on the cheeks, and gave a blank ANBU mask to Jun.

"Unless you are an ANBU, you won't be able to enter the HQ. HQ has many entrances, one of which is in this shop. You are getting a blank mask since you are just a trainee. Once you are a full-fledged ANBU you will get a personalized mask. For now I will tell you all you can get here. Lord Hokage let you have an access on the resources of the ANBU division, you can have access to all kinds of information below the ranks of S cla.s.s secrets. S cla.s.s and above secrets need approval of the Hokage. The archives of information contain wide variety of knowledge ranging from info on people to Techniques, Theories and Studies in Various kind of Nature transformations and Combined Nature Transformations, Skills of Medical Ninjutsu, Secrets of Sealing techniques and so on. If I am not wrong, Hokage asked you to try Sealing arts and Medical arts. You can get those skills here, although up to Basic and Intermediate level. My advice is however to get a few D and C rank jutsu first and practice them and not over reach your capabilities." Yamato informed him dismissively.

Jun didn't like the way this 'Tenzo' guy was talking to him. Yeah he was a kid, but wasn't it too rude to talk like this with someone you have just met.

'Looks like I might need to show him what I can do and shut his mouth for a bit.' Jun thought

"What would you know what I am capable of Tenzo-san? How about we have a spar, we can get to know each other better that way. I am sure there must be some training grounds or practice rooms around here."

"There are training grounds outside the HQ, made for training purposes of Jonin and ANBU, but we won't go there right now. Let's pick one of the practice rooms here."

Yamato talked with the receptionist and booked a practice room for their spar. After locking the room with a seal, Yamato and Jun warmed up for their spar with a few stretches. Jun took out a coin from his inventory for signaling the start of the match.

"We will begin when the coin hits the ground Tenzo-San." Saying this Jun tossed the coin up and got into a half crouch position. Yamato stood where he was lazily. The moment the coin hit the ground, Jun sprinted towards Yamato in a zig zag pattern with incredible speed. Yamato looked at his trajectory for a moment before attacking where he was supposed to be next.

'Fast, but if that's all you got, you need more experience. 'Tree Limb Jutsu'' Yamato thought

Few Roots spewed out from the ground in incredible speed las.h.i.+ng out at Jun, trying to disrupt his speed. Jun had to back off a moment before responding.

''Fire Style: Smoke Bomb'; 'Sage Art: Chakra Sense'' Jun released a thick cloud of smoke to cover whole room, and gave up on his vision, and used nature energy based chakra sense to 'See' Yamato.

"This is good, but not enough to distract me, 'Dense Wooden Wall'" Yamato responded.

Thick branches erupted from all over the room, dispersing most of the smoke in the process. Jun, seeing that the smokescreen was mostly dispersed, jumped out from the corner of the room with a few seeds he took out from his pocket. He threw them on a few of the branches that were closest to him.

''Plant style: Explosive Growth'! 'Plant Style: Clone Jutsu'!' Jun responded the new threat with appropriate measures.

The seeds struck the branches, and burst out in sudden growth immediately as if in a frenzy. Soon they had covered almost every part of branches they could reach, creating a mini forest inside the room. Not letting Yamato respond, Jun's clone kept pestering and distracting him with physical attacks and leaf weapons.

'I am not done yet. Let's see you deal with this, 'Plant style: Transpiration', 'Plant Style: Rain of Oil Seeds''

Following Jun's jutsu, the plants that had grown from the Wood Style branches of Yamato, started releasing dense amounts of vapor, following which , all the wood started to dry up , becoming brittle. On the other hand, a plant with a large flower started to grow from Jun's hand, wrapping around it like a glove. Once it was full grown, the Flower opened wide and started shooting seeds everywhere. The places that the seeds landed, were covered in a special oil made from chakra.

'Finally, this would finish it, I am nearly out of chakra anyway. 'Fire Style: Firecracker Celebration'! 'Wind Style: Gust'!' Jun said as he used last of his usable chakra to create multiple small b.a.l.l.s of Fire Chakra, made to explode on contact, and fired them off towards the oil splashes. Then with the Wind Style chakra, he blew of a huge gust of wind, accelerating the fire enough to wrap up around the dried up wood and plants, resulting in a Blazing Forest Fire in the room.

Jun was nearly out of chakra, he barely had enough to be conscious. But he saw that Yamato had already defeated his clone and was rus.h.i.+ng towards him, with thick branches growing out of his arms, which deflected burning branches and bursts of flames. Jun bit his tongue, arousing him from his semi unconscious state.

'No, I can't lose here. I won't lose!' Determining his state he saw that what he planned next required more chakra than he had currently. But he went on with it anyway, drawing in as much Nature chakra as he could in a split second to compensate for his own chakra, his eyes glowing like a star with runes swirling crazily fast in the Golden band in his eye.

'Sage Art: Blazing Leaf Maelstrom!!' Jun spent every drop of chakra left in him, and even some of his vitality for this final attack. He ignored the notifications sent by Game System that his HP was dropping and executed the Jutsu. And in the next moment, everything in the room was filled with reddish-orange color. Yamato was blasted away from striking the opposite wall of the room. He quickly executed 'Wood Style: Wood Locking Wall' and covered himself in a wooden dome to save himself. However even his dome started to crack from the power of Jun's attack. Just as he thought that he would have to create another one, the attack lost its power and intensity, calming down bit by bit. Yamato gave a sigh of relief, he had genuinely felt a threat to his life in this last attack of Jun's!

When he was sighing in relief and waiting for it to get over, Three Senbons, crackling with Lightning, pierced through the cracks in the dome and struck him in the chest. As fell down, convulsing from the intense lightning coursing through him, he heard a soft tired voice whispered from outside the dome, "I won". After that he heard the sound of a body falling down on the cracked wooden dome that made creaking noises in the utter silence that followed.
