"Yes. I've never heard you sing before. Can you sing a song for me tonight?" Zhuang Yue pleaded while looking at Xia Wei.

Xia Wei stared at her for a while before saying something.

"In short, you're asking me to sing a lullaby for you to be able to sleep, right?" Xia Wei said and then he let out a gentle laugh.

Upon hearing what Xia Wei said Zhuang Yue pouted and just nodded her head. She looked like a child right now. A child asking her father or brother to sing a song for her. Seeing her like that Xia Wei suddenly laughed and then he patted Zhuang Yue's head.

"Alright. Your wish is my command." Xia Wei said and it made Zhuang Yue smile at him.

Zhuang Yue lay on the bed and so Xia Wei. Xia Wei was facing Zhuang Yue while staring directly at her eyes and then he started combing Zhuang Yue's hair using his hand when suddenly a silvery and smoky voice can be heard inside the room.

"Baby I'm falling head over heels~" Xia Wei started singing while playing with Zhuang Yue's hair.

Zhuang Yue was taken aback at first after hearing Xia Wei's voice because she didn't expect that Xia Wei's voice was any good. In the end, she suddenly hugged Xia Wei while listening to Xia Wei's singing while smiling.

"Looking for ways to let you know just how I feel.

I wish I was holding you by my side

I wouldn't change a thing 'cause finally, it's real~"

Xia Wei just let Zhuang Yue do whatever she wants while he's still singing. All Zhuang Yue did, was just to hug him while smiling anyway. But right before he was in the chorus part of the song, he suddenly pulled away from the hug, faces Zhuang Yue, stared directly to her eyes while touching Zhuang Yue's cheeks and then he started singing the chorus part of the song.

"You're the right time at the right moment~

You're the sunlight, keeps my heart going, woah~"

Xia Wei had just finished singing the first two lines of the chorus when Zhuang Yue suddenly shed tears from the corner of her eyes. Xia Wei wasn't surprised at all because he knows that Zhuang Yue was a crybaby. Little things can make her cry.

Xia Wei did not stop singing while he's wiping Zhuang Yue's tears using his right hand and while doing so his face didn't show any worry. Instead, his face shows a loving look while looking at Zhuang Yue.

"Know when I'm with you can't keep myself from falling~

Right time at the right moment~

It's you~

You, it's you~

You, it's you~"

After Xia Wei finished singing the chorus part, he stopped singing and said something to Zhuang Yue instead.

"Yue'er, stop crying already. I will just hum the song for you so that you will be able to sleep okay?" Xia Wei said and Zhuang Yue was just staring at him and just nodded at him.

"Alright." Xia Wei said and then he hugged Zhuang Yue and just hummed the song to her.

But right before Zhuang Yue could really sleep. Xia Wei said something that made Zhuang Yue's heart really moved and full of warmth.

"Yue'er, always keep this in mind. All I need to breathe is you. All I want is you. All I need is you. It's you. No one else." Xia Wei said seriously and Zhuang Yue just managed to nod and hugged him tightly.

After a few minutes, Zhuang Yue managed to sleep.

'I won't let anyone hurt you again. I will do everything to eliminate those who want to hurt you.' Xia Wei thought and then he placed a kiss on Zhuang Yue's forehead before sleeping himself.
