"Did you two made some friends on your first day of school?" Zhuang Yue asked the twins.

Both Zhuang Yingyue and Zhuang Yixing stared to each other and then they both shook their head and said: "No."

When Zhuang Yue heard the twins said no, she wasn't really surprised because she expected it already. So she smiled instead and patted their head.

"It's okay. You will make some friends soon. Just don't forget to socialize and be friendly okay?" Zhuang Yue said while smiling to her children. The twins just nodded at her and hugged her.

After hugging their mother for quite a while, the twins pull away and said: "You should go Mom/Mama."

"Mom, you still have something to do, right? You should go. I will take care of Yingying." Zhuang Yixing said to his mother.

After hearing what they said Zhuang Yue let out a gentle laugh, she then nodded and kissed the twins' cheek.

"Alright, Mom will go now. It's already bedtime for you two so sleep already, okay?" Zhuang Yue said.

The twins nodded and hugged her one last time before pulling away and then they each went to their own bed and lie down. Seeing the twins' action Zhuang Yue once again let out a gentle laugh and left the twins' room. Before leaving the Lu's Residence, Zhuang Yue bid goodbye to her brother and sister-in-law.

After half an hour, Zhuang Yue arrived at her home and then she immediately went to her room, took a shower and got ready for her dinner date with Xia Wei. After an hour, Zhuang Yue was already done preparing and dressing up. She looked at herself in the mirror and checked if she looks okay or not. While she's in the midst of thinking, her phone suddenly vibrated and a text notification displayed on her phone's screen.

Zhuang Yue picked up her phone and checked the message. It was a message from Xia Wei, notifying her about the Restaurant's name and address. After reading the message, Zhuang Yue replied a simple okay to Xia Wei and then she looked at herself again in the mirror.

Once Zhuang Yue confirmed that she looked okay and that she didn't look odd, she got her purse and went downstairs. She was putting on her shoes when the doorbell suddenly rang. She finished putting her shoes on before walking to the door and opening it.

Before opening the door, Zhuang Yue thought that Xia Wei sent someone to fetch her or that Xia Wei came personally to fetch her to surprise her. That's why she did not bother checking who rang the doorbell first and directly opened the door.

She was quite surprised to see the person in front of her right now because it was long known by her that this person hated her so much and whenever he saw her he would only felt disgusted by her. Just like right now, it was quite obvious that the moment this man saw her his face scrunched out in annoyance, hatred is written all over uncovered.

Although Zhuang Yue knew that the atmosphere around them was too awkward, she still summoned her courage up and broke the silence by offering the man outside to come inside her house.

"Please come in first and take a seat, Chairman." Zhuang Yue said and then she stepped aside to give way to Chairman Xia. Chairman Xia didn't give a reply and walked inside the house followed by his a.s.sistant and Zhuang Yue. Zhuang Yue then guided him and his a.s.sistant to the living room.

"Please have a seat, Chairman Xia. I will prepare some tea for you." Zhuang Yue said and she was about to go to the kitchen and prepare some tea when Chairman Xia interrupted her.

"Don't bother preparing anything. I won't stay for long anyway. I will be straight to the point with you, woman. I want you to stay away from my son, Xia Wei."
