Note: Raj Guru is the t.i.tle given to family priest of the Royal Family. In ancient India Raj Gurus played a very important role in the education of the Royal kids and also helped the kings and emperors in making critical decisions of the empire. Mythological references of Raj Guru Vasishta and Raj Guru Dronacharya from the epics Ramayana and Mahabharata prove it.
