This even was easily the most terrifying existence to him. Even his other greatest fear, spiders, paled in comparison to this overwhelming fear. This fear had paralyzed their relations.h.i.+p. Truthfully he could not blame his soon to be ex wife's decision. She had stood by home faithfully for two years, but he was unable to get over the loss of their son. He seemed to be stuck reliving that moment over and over.

With all of this Steven could not blame her for leaving. He had fallen into an abyss, and even his half naked career of being a web novel author was not doing so well. He made enough to barely support himself. And now that his wife was gone, he worried about how he would pay the mortgage. Of course all of this irrelevant at the moment.

What was relevant was that he was seeing something that he most definitely should not be seeing. In front of him in were words like you would see in a video game from the nineties. The notification read something that he was even more shocking than the game like interface that was presented to him.

Steven had a complicated expression as he looked at the notifications in front of him. Especially the part about Yuri. Yuri was perhaps his greatest creation to date, but unfortunately she was also his biggest regret. She was a strong character, with an intense ability to fight, but she had a blatant problem that he could not figure out how to rectify. This had caused him to not write chapters for several days.

The problem was that her abilities effected her personality. And he had recently discovered that this was not necessarily a good thing. She was supposed to be a bada.s.s marksman, who took after her mother. She had split her soul, using half of it to obtain a dragon familiar who had inherited the Necromancer king's heir traits from her.

Unfortunately as she developed, Yuri had refused to listen to what he, her creator, had planned out for her. She had instead walked down a path of depravity, and her very existence had shook him to the core. The crux of the problem laid with her origin species. At her very core she was a goblin. And with that came the racial ability [Insatiable].

The ability in itself should not have been a big deal, rather it only made her more addicted to s.e.x then her peers would have been. The problem came in when she gained the [Masochism] ability from her adventures in the tower. It was an incredibly powerful ability, but unfortunately it gave her an amount of pleasure equal to the pain she felt. Because this pleasure was s.e.xual in nature it interacted with [Insatiable] in a way he had not intended.

The entire problem had given him a headache. This woman, who should be a marksman would become addicted to the feeling of the pain, and even worse all of her abilities now revolved around that. This woman was a m.a.s.o.c.h.i.s.tic fool who could not help but throw herself in front of danger.

Steven shook his head as he looked at her. Her eyes had narrowed as she stared at him. There was no way that this was going to end well for him.
