„Holy sh*t! Literally! In my case it's true what that G.o.ddess said, I don't have much attachment for my old world and it sounds interesting to become a hero, but what about the rest of you?"

As an answer, Cale just received a row of shrugs and shaking heads.

„You did say that you were training a small soccer team, but I didn't expect you to become the leader. But since it is like this, please tone down on the curses, that won't be good for our reputation. But I do have to say, these ‚powers' she gave us are quite curious, it feels as if I would have been supposed to be able to always use them but only now I start to remember slowly how... Either way, I'm rather content with my position, I may be good at making weapons but never really liked using them, call me a coward if you want but that's how it is."

„To be totally honest, i don't know how I should feel about this whole [Anti-thesis] ability, on one hand I feel like I could be able to achieve the total opposite effect with my healing spells, which goes a little bit against my codex, on the other hand I think I could also achieve healing effects with magic that would normally be used with malicious intent. It feels rather disturbing, but at the same time I feel like I could reach a completely new realm right now and save patients I wouldn't have been able to before."

„What should I say, at least you have something that you can use. I didn't get anything that I could use as long as no one of you dies. That's what I would call disturbing!"

„Nn. Satisfied!"

-Indeed, I too am very satisfied.-

„I will give it my best to protect you, although I don't really know how right now, I feel like I could manage somehow! Anyway how long do you think we have to wait until we get sent wherever we are supposed to?"

Throwing a short glance at everyone Allan answered wryly: „I just hope that G.o.ddess gives us some clothes beforehand, and if those people have some kind of nudist culture I would rather decline."

As if on cue, white ‚invisible' patches started to appear on everyone's bodies while the original ones just changed their forms until they all seemed more or less fully clothed.

„Do you think... she actually forgot?", Aya asked in a hushed tone, as if careful that the G.o.ddess wouldn't hear.

„Never. G.o.ddess is G.o.ddess."

„s.h.i.+t... but now that I think about it, that sounded as if she was just filling in freaking blank s.p.a.ces, in a pre-prepared speech."

„You shouldn't curse at the G.o.ddess, we are in her mind s.p.a.ce, she can hear everything we say in here if she wanted.", Loras warned.

-It's starting, I can feel some kind of spell getting activated.-

Suddenly, everything went first white and then black. For a moment, nothing happened.

*Thump*

„Aaahhh, that d.a.m.n G.o.ddess, she totally did that on purpose!"

When Allan opened his eyes he realized that he had been lying on the ground in the same posture as he was before he entered the mind s.p.a.ce. Looking in the direction of the noise he saw Cale holding his red face while kneeling on the ground. It seemed that he appeared a good distance above the ground and landed face first.

Looking down his body and then at everyone else he saw that they were all wearing elegant white robes, fitting the image of a hero.

While Aya was already standing up, Julia had gone over to Cale and crouched down. Mumbling something incomprehensible she touched Cale's face, instantly he stopped wailing.

„Thanks, that was magic, right?"

Julia nodded and stood up, pulling Cale up as well.

After this short intermission, a loud voice sounded out:

„The G.o.dsend heroes arrived!"
