But at the next moment, Headless Horseman flashed past the explosions and reached the front of a tank. WIth a golden flash, the tank was held up by the cannon. A loud explosion ensured and the tank which weighed over a hundred tons was torn apart. With a dump, it flew out and rolled along.

After the gate, he had reverted to Ares' repulsive field.

That was the tremendous part of his tactic. Standing after the gate, he had immunity against the onslaught of the army. Even as he changed his ability, the gate wouldn't disappear.

This meant he wouldn't need the little dress, he could hide behind the gate and change his ability to continue his attack. Only when he needed to move about, he would revert back to the extradimensional belly.

Just like now, Zhao Yao's body flashed past and rushed into the sea of tanks. The golden glow flashed frequently and tore the tanks apart like they were toys.

The Headless Horseman flickered about on the battlefield as he weaved through the army. It was like the cannons, armour piercing sh.e.l.ls, guns and attacks were useless against him. Everytime he swiftly approached, the armoured vehicles and tanks would be ripped apart.

Facing Zhao Yao, the modern army was rendered helpless.

Purple Cat could not mess around like in his own dream, he needed to operate revolving around the others' consciousness.

With Purple Cat's control, an intercontinental missile shot into the sky a few hundred kilometres out. It sped towards Zhao Yao at supersonic speed. With telecontrol and pin-point accuracy by satellite guidance, he could control the speed and direction as he set Zhao Yao's position.

While Zhao Yao finished off a large portion of the tanks, he saw that the opposition started to retreat. He didn't pursue, he stopped and rubbed his chin, thinking to himself, "This squad of tanks wasn't my match. But as for those in the skies…"
