"Why are you sticking out your tongue? Do you think I would forgive you just because you're acting cute?" Zhao Yao's temple throbbed with rage as he took out a pen and paper from the drawer, "Write me an IOU!"

"Huh?" Hanako stared blankly at Zhao Yao as she couldn't comprehend his intention.

Zhao Yao just buried his head in his phone and explained, "I'll return the money on your behalf first. You must transfer the money to my bank account once you have them. Understand?"

Hanako was left speechless by his actions but still obediently complied with his instructions. RMB 5,000 was just a small sum to her. Even if she cut off all ties with her family, she would be able to find a job and earn enough money to pay it off with her credentials and skills.
