Dust Ball rolled her eyes when she heard Zhao Yao's nonsensical request, "I'll never do it! Who would ever do that in front of others?"

Zhao Yao knew that it was not advisable to continue luring her using catmint. Hence he said, "Dust Ball, thank you for always keeping the extradimensional belly clean for the others to stay in."

"Hmph!"

"Alright, how about this, if you help me out this time around, I would install a few automatic self-cleaning litter boxes and all their feces would be automatically kept in a plastic bag. All we need to do is dispose of these plastic bags."

Zhao Yao had always known about the existence of these litter boxes which would combine the cats' excrement with cat sand before the owner emptied them. However, Zhao Yao installed those which were directly connected to the sewer in his cafe to save himself some trouble.

However, it was much wiser to use the former self-cleaning litter boxes for the extradimensional belly.

Dust Ball's eyes glittered with excitement when she heard Zhao Yao, "You promised me! I want them changed the moment we get back!"

"Alright, alright! I'll go on Taobao and get some for you the moment we get back."

This entire conversation was held within their shared consciousness, hence Hanako and Shuichi were completely oblivious as to what was going on.

All she saw was the cat and Zhao Yao staring at each other before Zhao Yao carried the black cat right next to Shuichi.

Embarra.s.sment coiled around Dust Ball as she reluctantly stretched opened her mouth. An intense stench emanated from it and it permeated every corner of the apartment. The smell alone almost killed Shuichi.

"What are you trying to do, you Chinese man!"

A smile was plastered on Zhao Yao's face as he asked, "How is it? Are you sure you really do not need my help?'

As he spoke, he had activated the power of his deflective field as he pried Shuichi's mouth open with it.

The scene which unfolded left Hanako bewildered. She exclaimed, "This cat! This cat! It is actually vomiting s.h.i.+t from its mouth!" The scene that followed twisted her gut as fear clawed through her. She trembled as she took a few steps back, hiding in the corner of the apartment, away from this atrocity.

In her head, she was shouting, "It … It actually is vomiting s.h.i.+t directly into Shuichi's mouth? This is cruel, this is too cruel!"

On the other hand, Zhao Yao pressed one foot against Shuichi's body and held Dust Ball in his hands, with her mouth aiming directly into Shuichi's mouth. Zhao Yao shouted, "Speak! Do you need my help?"

"Boohoo …"

"I'm asking you a question. Do you need my help?"

"Yes … boohoo … yes … boohoo"

"Then speak up! What do you need me to do?"

"Give … give me a cup of water …"

"Who is interested in this stupid request? I'm sure you can come up with something better than that!"

15 minutes later, Mami's eyelids quivered as she slowly regained consciousness. She was awakened by this obnoxious ear-splitting screams.

"I … Oh yes … That apostle." Mami carefully opened her eyes as she slowly surveyed the situation inside the apartment.

The scene which she saw left her dumbfounded.

In front of here stood Zhao Yao who was stepping on Shuichi's body with his right foot. Zhao Yao carried Dust Ball in his arms and stretched her mouth open using her fingers. A darkish yellow object would flow out of her mouth from time to time, directly into Shuichi's mouth.

"This stench!" An unimaginable thought flashed across Mami's head, "This cat is feeding Shuichi with s.h.i.+t?"

At the same time, a conversation between two people rang in her ears.

Zhao Yao asked, "Are you sure you don't want this to stop? If you do not ask me for help, I guarantee that this is just the tip of the iceberg."

"What …. What do you want from me?" His eyes flooded with tears as Shuichi struggled to get the words out.

"Can't you see it? I'm just trying to help you." Zhao Yao retorted as anger roared through him, "Why are you j.a.panese people so polite? You don't have to behave all courteous with me! Just tell me if anything's bothering or disturbing you."

"Boohooo … boohoo … can you … boohoo …can you at least let me take a shower or brush my teeth?"

"No!" Zhao Yao roared, "We have something more important to tend to! Think about it, what is your objective for coming to China? Why did you enter this apartment? I'll help you achieve your mission!"

Shuichi exclaimed, "Please … please help me deliver Ms. Hanako back to our headquarters in j.a.pan!"

"Finally!" Zhao Yao's mouth curled into a smile. However, his smile quickly faded when he saw the contents of the mission.

"Are you kidding me? You need me to go all the way to j.a.pan and you only give me 100 experience points?"

Zhao Yao pursed his lips and immediately chose to reject the mission. He had no time to go to j.a.pan considering the cats back home and his café's business.

Zhao Yao shook his head as he glanced at Shuichi who was on the verge of going crazy, "I no longer need you."

Zhao Yao's eyes swept across the apartment and stopped at Mami. Sweat trickled down Hanako's spine when Zhao Yao's eyes swept past her. She clutched her chest and tried to take a few steps back. On the other hand, Mami stared at Zhao Yao helplessly, as if he was a pervert trying to rape her.

Zhao Yao did not even bother to look at Hanako. He simply stared at Mami with a lopsided smile, "Miss, do you need my help?"

"Please help me deliver Ms. Hanako back to our headquarters in j.a.pan!" Mami immediately shouted.

She saw how Zhao Yao gave up when Shuichi made that request and decided to follow suit.

Zhao Yao lowered his head in anguish. His mood plummeted as he let out a long sigh, "This is just a rubbish mission that's gonna take too much time!" Suddenly, his eyes glimmered when he noticed the golden exclamation mark floating above Hanako's head. He exclaimed in joy, "Hey, Miss, do you need my help?"

"Ah!" Hanako burst into tears as she dashed to the corner of the apartment and buried her head in her chest.

"Hey!" Zhao Yao was taken aback by her behavior, "Am I really that scary? Just now, I was just trying to protect you. Now, I'm just trying to help you. Don't be scared, I'm here. No one can hurt you."

"So … is there anything I can do for you? I have to make it clear that it must be something with a certain degree of difficulty. It should not be something like getting you a cup of coffee or preparing dinner for you or even sweeping the floor."

Terror overtook her face as Hanako stared at Zhao Yao. In her head, she thought, "This guy, is he crazy? Why does he treat this world as if it was just a game?"

All this time, Zhao Yao continually repeated about stuff such as missions and what not. Hanako already had a hunch as to what had happened to Zhao Yao. She thought that he was heavily addicted to a game and was no longer capable of differentiating reality from the game.

She had seen many of Zhao Yao's kind back in j.a.pan. Usually, they were hideous and fat. She had never expected this kind of people to be so strong.

"D*mn it … didn't my cla.s.smate tell me that internet addicts in China have been captured and electrocuted? Just my luck to meet one."

Zhao Yao grew impatient as his tone turned somewhat impolite, "Hey, you've been thinking about it for half a day. Are you done yet? What do you need my help with? I'm telling you that you would not be leaving this apartment until you tell me what you need my help with."

Hanako's heart sank when she heard those words. However, an idea flashed across her head, "Since this guy is strong, I can actually use this lunatic to …"

With this idea, Hanako stammered as she tried to get the words out, "I'm currently under pursuit by a j.a.panese extremist organization known as Storm organization… can you protect me from them?"

The corner of his mouth quirked up as Zhao Yao exclaimed, "Yes, yes! Definitely, yes!"

Mission: Protect Miss. Hanako!

Objective: Protect Miss. Hanako for the next 30 days.

Reward: You would be given 10 experience points for each day you keep her save. The points would be awarded at the end of the 30 days or when the mission fails. An addition 100 experience points will be given if you managed to keep her save for 30 days.
