A loud clank was heard as Caesar managed to intercept the British Shorthair's strike, but his paws immediately swelled to twice its original size from the attack.

"Can you please stop hitting my head?" Caesar quivered with indignation and shouted, "I'm already bleeding from all your smas.h.i.+ng and slapping."

With the use of his shockwave, Fūjin had already sent his punch directly onto Caesar's face and immediately sent him into a coma once again.

"You talk too much for your own good," Fūjin remarked as he puffed out a breath of air.

At this moment, a blinding beam of light erupted from the heavens and attracted the attention of all the cats within the belly.

Zhao Yao had already altered the supercats' 5 senses and had instantly appeared next to Ares. Zhao Yao was extremely quick in his actions as he could not allow Ares time to use his power to repel Zhao Yao's power of illusion.

By altering their 5 senses, Ares did not even realize Zhao Yao had already captured him in his arms and was being brought away. He, like the other cats, was simply staring in awe at this magnificent scene. This extraordinary beam of light which had descended from the heavens had left the supercats in awe.

Diana stared at it with her jaws slack and asked, "Brother Ares, what is this?"

"Little girl, I am G.o.d."

As Zhao Yao's words rang in their heads, the world in front of them began to transform. The containers and steel walls in their vision had disappeared. In their place was a vast sea engulfed in a beautiful white sky.

The two ragdolls' pupils dilated as they witnessed the radical transformation. They could smell the fragrance of the flowers and could feel the gentle breeze blowing across their cheeks. They looked at each other and thought, "Elizabeth's illusion can only alter the sense of sight and sound. Is this guy really capable of transforming this entire world?

Is he … really a G.o.d?"

The two ragdolls were hardly able to breathe as they could not believe their eyes. Meanwhile, Ares and company were somewhat used to this and were less affected by this magnificent sight.

The supercats in the belly looked at the fluid in amazement when they heard Zhao Yao's explanation. As awakened supercats, they were all concerned with their individual powers. Any word on improving their strength and power would definitely get their attention.

However, they were skeptical as to whether this golden fluid was truly capable of enhancing their strength and powers.

"Increase my strength?" Ares asked with a look of disbelief, "Why are you doing this for us?"

"You guys are too weak! You might not have what it takes to overcome the remaining challenges I have in store for you if you remain like this. Hence, I decided to endow you with this!" Zhao Yao continued, "I have decided to start with you! After swallowing the Essence of G.o.d, you will immediately receive a boost in strength!"

Ares stared hesitantly at this unknown golden fluid floating in front of him. He recalled the atrocities that Zhao Yao had committed all these while and doubted if it was truly as effective as Zhao Yao had described. Ares suspected that there was going to be some side effects as well.

However, he had no choice. He stared at Lucifer, Fūjin, Rakshasa, and Gaia in the distance.

Lucifer was frantically shouting via their shared consciousness, "Ares! Do not eat it! You have no idea what tricks this guy has up his sleeve!"

Fūjin shouted, "Boss, let me eat it! You should not take this risk!"

Ares simply rolled his shoulders and laughed, "I am your leader. At this critical juncture, I bear the responsibility to consume this."

As he spoke, he stared at the fluid as if he was staring death in its eyes. He stretched opened his mouth and swallowed the fluid in one go.

In the real world, Zhao Yao was carefully dripping the blood on his fingers into Ares's outstretched mouth.

Ares could only feel the liquid flowing down the back of his throat and into his stomach. Suddenly… Suddenly, the sensation had disappeared.
