The man said with concern, “What's with you? Why can't we get through your cell phone?” He turned to glare at Zhao Yao and asked Sun Jian, “Did the boss force you to stay? If you're being bullied, I'll avenge you.”

The surrounding henchmen stood up and looked maliciously at Zhao Yao.

They were wary previously as Sun Jian was in Zhao Yao's hands. With Sun Jian's appearance, they were no longer worried.

“Chat with your brother and clear up any misunderstandings.” Zhao Yao said something to Sun Jian, walked casually to a chair and sat down. He stroked his chin and practised the dimension sealing.

Sun Jian got a shock from his brother's words and grabbed hold of him.

Sun Jian recalled how terrifying Zhao Yao was. Though Zhao Yao only showed the tip of an iceberg, his superpowers were frightening.

As his brother was about to antagonize Zhao Yao, Sun Jian stopped him immediately to prevent an impending disaster.

Sun Jian looked at his brother and said immediately, “n.o.body bullied me. I want to work in the cafe.”

Sun Jian's brother looked surprised and said, “You want to work in the cafe?”

“Yes, the boss's a good person, he speaks well and likes to play with cats. I want to work here for a few days.” Sun Jian was afraid of antagonizing the boss and said, “I'm finis.h.i.+ng in three days. I'll go home after three days.”

“Three days? Working? What are you up to?” His brother looked bewildered at him. When did his brother like working?

“Another three days!” Sun Jian looked at Zhao Yao and said, “Boss, I have to work three more days before going home?”

Zhao Yao hesitated and smiled as he said, “Yes, about three more days.”

Ning Ning felt a cold chill in her body. How many days was that? This was an endless cycle of three days.

Zhao Yao glared at Ning Ning and said, “There are only three days left. Why don't you replace him?”

Sun Jian sighed. He was afraid that his brother might antagonize Zhao Yao and said, “Enough, I'll work three more days to earn my own money. Leave quickly. Don't disrupt the boss' business.”

Zhao Yao reminded him, “Talk nicely to your brother.”

His brother was full of grat.i.tude as he walked to Zhao Yao and said, “Boss, thank you. My brother's… My family was unable to control him. I can't imagine that now he's working hard to earn his money and he's respectful to me.

Zhao Yao nodded and said, “That's what I should do.”

Sun Jian's brother was moved and he said, “My brother had been disobedient since young. Feel free to discipline him at work. I'm handing him over to you. I think three days is too short. Let him stay here for another two months.”
