Matt was known to be a playboy, but he started to stop his playboy life.

This all started when he met Valencia, and he is also one of the persons who know Valencia lost her memories. But the time they met was before the accident. It all started when Matt was invited to his cousin's birthday party. Which by chance he was Martin's cousin. Martin's mom and Matt's dad are siblings.

The party was in the afternoon, which was a time that everyone could come to the party. At 5 pm, the guests started to come. An hour past and almost everyone is there, except Valencia's family. Martin started to have a gloomy look when he was greeting the guests. Which made Matt curious about his cousin's mood.

It was finally 7 pm, even though everyone was dancing and interacting with others. The Zaph family still arrived late, which Martin didn't mind having them late.

When The Zaph family walked in, the guest started to whisper and talk about the people who just walked in. Because it started to quiet down, this got Matts attention. James and Valencia had emotionless faces, Elise had a genuine smile on her face, Juliu was sleeping in Valencia arms, and Luke was glaring at Juliu.

Martin saw them come in and started to smile. Seeing his cousin's reaction of them coming, got Matt even more curious about this family. The Zaph family started to walk towards the birthday boy's family. When Martin was in the sight of Valencia, she started to smile.

Now both families we're a few feet away from each other. "Sorry, we were late. We had a meeting pop up out of nowhere. And Juliu decided to fall asleep in the car". Martin nodded at their excuse, he didn't really care if they were late, all he cared about was seeing his best friend at his birthday party. "I would hug you but I have Juliu in my arms. So instead I will say happy birthday". Valencia paused for a second and to a deep breath, making the hugest smile she could make, "Happy Birthday". Even though Valencia put on her biggest smile, Martin wasn't able to see it. Because James blocked the view of others from Valencia's smile.

"Wow, father!" Valencia looked up at her father with a pout. Instead of answering her, James just gave her a nod. Valencia just sighed in defeat. After that, the rest of the Zaph family said happy birthday.

Valencia remembered the item she was holding on while she was carrying Juliu. "Luke, Father, can either one of you carry Juliu for a second?" the father and son looked at each other and looked back at Valencia. They both rushed towards Valencia, but James got a higher advantage and got to Valencia first. He took Juliu from Valencia's hands.

Valencia reached in her satchel, she took out a box tied with a ribbon. "Here's your birthday present!" Martin couldn't wait to open it, but he had to wait because if he opened right there Valencia would have scolded him for it.

Martin took them to their table, which was next to his table. Their table was the most elegant compared to the others. Which made others who didn't know about them, became quite jealous and arrogant towards them.

Once the Zaph started to sit down, people started to come towards them. The ones that were jealous of them were expecting a lash of hateful words towards them. Just because of the most powerful people were going towards them. But one thing they didn't see coming was instead of bad-mouthing them, they complimented them. Matt went towards Martin to ask about Valencia.

"Who is that girl earlier?" Martin jumped a bit from Matt's sudden question. "You mean Valencia?" Matt nodded at Martin, "Valencia is apart of the Zaph, she the head of the Zaph's inventions. She is also the next head if the Zaph group. Soon she will take over the family company". Matt was surprised to hear that his cousin has such a powerful friend on his side.

Matt felt a little tap on his shoulder, so he turned around and saw Valencia smiling at him. "h.e.l.lo, you're Matt right?" Matt didn't know how to respond, so he nodded. By seeing his nod, Valencia clapped her hands together. "Oh thank G.o.d you are here. I have a question for you, do you have a girl for this little cousin of yours? Because I heard that you are quite a playboy yourself".

Matt looked back at Martin, he saw the fear in his eyes, he started to mouth 'don't say yes'. Seeing this from his cousin, he caught the clue real fast. "I don't think I know girls that are a good match for my cousin".

Valencia sighed from disappointment. "Well, at least I tried. Oh! It's nice to meet you, Matt, I'm Zaph Valencia!" Matt looked her up and down before shaking her hand. "Nice to meet you, I'm Mathew So"

After their shake, Valencia looked back at Martin "Can you open your birthday gift right now, I don't think I can make it to when open the rest. I might get a sudden call again". Martin nodded at her request. He took out the box and unraveled it. A sudden burst of smoke came from the box. A robot a size of a teen stood before Martin. "I made a robot to help Lex with all his troubles he can't handle. Poor little Lex, to deal with you for so long". Valencia looked at a young boy from afar, looking worried.

Martin didn't know what to say, was this a gift for him or his a.s.sistant. "So what does it do" Valencia looked at Martin like he was dumb. "He can do many things, including helping you with your company with all the major things you're doing(and reporting to me about your life(＾∀＾))He also has apart of two of the new inventions that I have made. You'll figure them out when you read the instructions." Valencia pa.s.sed Martin a bunch of papers of the instructions. She looked back to the robot in front of her, "Make sure to take good care of Martin, Tix" the robot "Tix" turned to Valencia "Yes, young madam Zaph"

The next second, Tix took the papers and went to his new master's desk.

They returned to talking, all of a sudden a young woman came to Martin. "Mo is this poor woman disturbing you?" the young woman with bright pink hair, which looked like it was dyed poorly. "Sorry, but who are you?" Martin looked at her as a stranger. "Mo we were in the same cla.s.s in middle school. But I couldn't approach you because of this girl from a lower social status than us. And she would always cling to you the whole time, I think her name was Valencia". Martin looked at her like she was dumb. "Well anyway, Mo would you like me to take care of this poor woman" the girl looked at Valencia with hatred. Martin was about to say something but Valencia beat him to it. "Young lady, do you know who I am?" Valencia turned around towards the woman, with a creepy smile and cold emotionless eyes. "Of course I do... You're the poor lady, everyone is talking about!" Valencia shook her head from all that the girl just said. "May I know this young lady's name?" Valencia kept her vice sounding sweet but her eyes were telling a totally different story.

"I am of course the young lady of the Linsin family!!" the girl barked out her family's name like it was royalty. "Do you know how much your family's name is?" Valencia didn't budge at all "Like a few million!" the girl said proudly, sticking her chin up in the air. Valencia just shook her head, sighing from disappointment.

"From what I have researched your family business only cost a few thousands, and compared to small businesses, you are either apart of that group or bellow it. Did your father tell you how low that is for an average company." The girl looked spooked at her. Until she had a boost of confidence. "I Linsin Lidia declare that you are spouting lies." When Matin heard and saw what she just did made him shake his head "Linsin you just did a bad decision of saying those words out loud". And just like that James appeared in front of Valencia. "Did I just hear what you just said right!" James coldly looked at Linia in the eye making her s.h.i.+ver, but that didn't make her stand down."Yeah you heard that right old man, you need to get a hearing-aid if you can't hear me clearly".

When Lidia looked around and saw everyone shake their head in disappointment, which she thought it was for James and which it boosted her c.o.c.kiness. But in real life the people were shaking their heads for her. And when her father got news of his daughter doings, he ran like the wind to get where she was. When he got there he got on the floor and apologized to both James and Valencia. "I and terribly sorry for what my daughter had done to can punish us as any way you like." Lidia was confused of what her father was doing. She tried to forcibly to pick him up of the ground but he will go back down.

Valencia looked at her father and show him a look of 'let me take care of this'. She walked forward and said "Mr.Linsin..."

"Mr.Linsin can you and your wife disown your own daughter for the happiness of both you, your wife and your up coming son. Over a daughter who doesn't know her place in society". Lidia looked at her like she was dumb, her father will never abandon her just because of a stranger told him to.

But she was wrong for that, she underestimated the power of the Zaph family. "I'll do anything you want, I'll even abandon my daughter for my family's safety." Valencia got a bit interested of what he said. She thought that he will ponder for a bit until he finally agreed. Unless there was a reason in it. "Mr.Linsin may I know why you agreed so fast?" He shook his head l, signaling that he didn't mind at all. "Lidia is after all not my daughter, she was adopted because we thought we will never have an heir to our family".

Valencia turned to look at Lidia, at that moment she dropped to the floor. She started to break down on the floor. Valencia got annoyed by her crying. She whistled out, and two people appeared in front of her. She pointed to Lidia and then pointed to the door. After that the two people took Lidia out of the room.

Seeing that she was taken out of the room Valencia went back to the two cousins. "So where were we?" Martin looked at her with no surprise "we were at the part where you sent my birthday gift away". Valencia clapped her hands together "Why yes we were there, I was going to tell you if the gift has thing to fix you could come to me and I would fix it without any charge" Martin couldn't believe it he had something so valuable in his hands. Martin jumped up and down with excitement "oh thank you so much for this gift!!"

While they were having their conversation, Matt looked at Valencia with adoration, she was friendly and gentle for a second and then changed to a tiger. And then seconds after that she turned into an angle in his eyes. She had such a big tole on Matt it even made him not date as much as he use to. He was determined to have her in his hands.

And with that Matt got on the line of people who want to have Valencia as their future wife. And this line was quite long, it had males and even females.
