The main priority is to deal with the monsters rising above the walls, and to protect the Royal Magic Academy rather than annihilating the enemy.

The Royal Academy of Magic is a fortress. A huge outer wall surrounds it, so the academys inside is safe as long as the outer wall does not collapse. Green Dragon is a response system that protects this outer wall. The Green Dragon system was the most well-rehearsed of all defensive responses.
