Judal wouldn't say that senbonzakura was a skill as it was a sword.

He bought two bankais of senbonzakura and gave one to Rina and kept the other one to himself.

He told Rina to sit down as he felt his soul being pulled by the swords.

As he said that run a sat on the floor and suddenly saw her surrounding change into a plane filled with sakura tree as they rained down.
