Behind her, Huo Wencheng, who had been walking briskly forward, paused unnaturally all of a sudden.

The surprise on him disappeared quickly, as though he had just denied a certain possibly that had occurred to him for a second there.

The assistant opened up the door for them sweetly in the very next second.

The work area that was entirely in cold color was presented in front of them slowly.

Tis was the coldest time in winter and fresh air ventilator ran non-stop to sure that every corner maintained a comfortable, spring-like temperature.

Nevertheless, both Gu Wushuang and Huo Wencheng felt a chill down their spines!

Nobody knew any about this. Not their mother! Not their grandmother!

Let along Huo Wencheng, her second brother who cared about nobody else other than himself!

Then there was Gu Wushuang

Huo ChuChu had a peculiar look on her when she thought about Gu Wushuang.

The betrothal between the Huo and the Gu families was Gu Wushuangs only chance of entering into the Huo family.

In addition, Mother Gu also suggested to the Gu family that Gu Wushuang, even just as the adopted daughter, but was well raised. If she, in the future, had a difficult time finding herself a husband, she could always marry her big brother Huo Sishen. That ought to be good for both families.

As it turned out, Gu Wushuang was not going to let that happen.

Nobody knew what she had done but words had it that she passed out from crying too much a few times and was hospitalized a few times. She had Huo Wencheng dashing out both from the office or home time and again. Finally, Huo Wencheng got into a big fight with his mother and, along with the pressure from the Gu family, after a lot of hassle, Gu Shishi ended up marrying Huo Sishen and became Huo ChuChus sister-in-law!

Thinking of that, Huo ChuChu couldn't help but looked over at Gu Shishi sitting on the couch.

Poised and smart, always appropriate in the way that she talked and acted, not to mention her incredible talent in painting It was almost as though heaven had found a convoluted way to make it up for all of her big brothers suffering.
