The spirit forest.

That's a forest where many spirits which is an existence that coexists in this world lives.

This forest which occupies approximately 80% of Grandneal[1], a big country which is a devout believer to the spirit, and has taken a lot of benefit from that power, is filled with abundant power.

Spirit user is someone who can communicate with spirit, and make a contract with that spirit, then take a lot of benefit from that power.
