Blinking her eyes, Bai Yan was rather taken aback by the suddenness of it all. Even so, she didn't refuse after recalling back to the events which took place when she contracted Little Rice back at the bedside. Closing her eyes: "Let's begin then."

Losing pretty much most of his motor skills after the sneak attack, the youth finally turned his head around and met the a.s.sailant's gaze. There were numerous emotions after he recognizes who it was, but most of it were disbelief and sadness….

Sadly, the final sentence there could never be completed. Cras.h.i.+ng to the ground as all life left him, a cloud of dust scatters into the air over the impact.

Outside the battlefield, Bai Yan desperately wanted to see the face of the a.s.sailant for herself. Unfortunately for her though, the layer of fog over that face remains regardless of how she moved around. Even so, there was one point she's certain of now, the a.s.sailant must be acquainted to the youth if he could get a hit in so easily from behind….

Boom!

The scene exploded and shatters into a million pieces, causing Bai Yan to return to reality and collapsing onto the cold hard floor. Tears quickly came trickling down as the wave of emotion hit her in full.

“Mistress, what’s wrong?” Tsing Yi didn't understand the huge change in her mistress's demeanor so she's starting to get worried.

“It's nothing.” Shaking her head in return, Bai Yan didn't want to make a big deal out of this. After all, she knew the scenes from her memory were powerful images to begin with.

For the sake of getting an answer, she's not going to stop!
