Chapter 3326 Alone

Chapter 3326 Alone

"Idr," said Ragas, looking at the Lizardman. The strangest lizardman I had ever seen, but not something I had not read about.

The moment I saw it; I realize the danger it represents.

It is showing an aura of Sovereign.

Like me; it is hard to guess at which level it is at, but if I am not wrong, then it is either at the Initial Level or Mid-Level.

I eat such Sovereign for breakfast, but this b.a.s.t.a.r.d is powerful enough to eat me for lunch.

It is like Ragas and has the Grand Art.

The Grand Art brings changes into one; till the Sovereign level, they are internal, but after the Sovereign, they turn external and among Grimm, they are big.????????.???

Their whole bodies change.

Like this one, which has an icy blue scale that looked like they are carved from the most precious ice itself.

These scales are not for the show; they hold the power of the Grand Art. In this one's case, it contains the power of Eternal Ice Dominion.

It is not alone; there are Snakeman and Cheetaman behind it.

They are strong; I could feel the powerful bloodline radiating from them. I am not a match of even a single of them, in my current state.

"You will not escape this time, Magnus," said Lizardman Idr to Ragas. It didn't even glance at me, not considering me a threat at all.

"I had escaped last time; I will escape this time too," he said as ballooned around him.

"No, you will not," said Grimm, and thousands of beautiful but deadly ice crystals materialized around it.

"You two, finished off the vermin, while I deal with this b.a.s.t.a.r.d," said Lizardman and moved toward Ragas, who also moved toward him.

Dissolving, the rope of mist that had been binding us.

'Try to escape and be careful of the healing place. It had killed more people than it had healed,' warned Ragas. As the Empire of Mist clashed against the Eternal Ice Dominion.

I didn't have time to look at the battle further. As the two Grimms moved toward him.

"Ready to say goodbye to the world human?" I asked Snakeman with a grin. "Not yet," I said and jumped back.

It seemed to have surprised them, but they reacted instantly by attacking.

Which brought a smile to my face. Suddenly, my speed boomed, and I retreated at a much faster speed than they had expected.

I had intentionally kept my speed slow. So, they would attack me from a distance, than follow me. They did as I had expected, but now I have to deal with their attacks.

Which is another reason I hid my strength.

CLANG!

I brought out my sword and clashed against the attack head-on. It is powerful and shook me from top to down, but also sent me back very fast.

Within a second, they disappeared from my sense, and I felt myself leaving the range of their soul sense, which was slightly larger than mine.

Like mine, their soul sense also had been heavily suppressed here, but unlike mine, they didn't have forbidden power. So, despite being fine, their range is around thirty meters, mine is twenty, with me using less than a quarter of my power.

I got out of the range, but I am not safe; I could see their attacks entering my range and also little instability inside me.

I think you should take a look at

These attacks coming toward me are powerful and cover a large area. These Grimms are not idiots; they have made a first mistake but moved quickly to fix it.

While they may not be an idiot, I had got the first advantage, and I had squeezed it to its fullest.

The moment I had gone out of their range of soul sense. I sharply took the right turn, it put quite a pressure on my body and lightly reasoned for the slight instability, but it paid off.

I am going to dodge all their attacking, including the one on the right-most side. It will miss me, by a few centimeters.

Still, I didn't let the small victory get over my head and kept moving rapidly, and they kept attacking. Widening the range and s.p.a.ce between their attacks even further.

Some of those attacks came in my direction, but they were few and spread too wide.

I was able to dodge them, with some effort.

This continued for a couple of seconds; the attacks kept coming, and I kept dodging before they stopped.

Three seconds pa.s.sed and no more of these attacks came; I felt a little relief in my heart, but I didn't stop. The attacks might come, and I need to keep moving till I have become completely sure.

Sup Sup!

I was wise in my thinking as two and a half seconds later, two attacks came toward me. They were far too powerful that all their previous attacks, but I was able to dodge them, as I saw them much before.

I had added forbidden power into my soul sense and increased its range.

It is a risk; I took for my survival, and it paid off. Even now, I am constantly feeling a faint stream of forbidden power to my soul sense and will keep doing it, till I find Ragas again or Nero woke up.

Speaking of Ragas, I wonder how he is. He had been to a clear disadvantage against the Grimm.

I hope he survives.

Though, this time, I am not as confident as I would have been, even when he would have been facing an Earth Sovereign.

The Grimm is like him, a host of Grand Art, and while it might not be as powerful as Earth Sovereign; it possesses greater danger to Ragas than them.

Five minutes pa.s.sed, and I have taken a sigh of relief.

Those two had stopped following me minutes ago, but I kept running away. I wanted to make sure; I wanted to be far as away from them, that they would take risks in this misty maze.

In which now I am stuck, without my guide.

I don't know what I will do. As Ragas, not only could see further but also had a sense of things that this mist had provided him. I don't have that, despite the forbidden power.

Now, I now have two options in front of me. First is to leave, which I could.

My clones have recorded my every step. This mist might have jumbled my sense of direction and any other senses, but as long as I followed those steps, through the cold calculation of my clones, I will be able to get out of this place.

Though, I will have to wait for a little; for the battle to end in whatever result and for Grimms to disperse.

There is another option, which is to keep moving in this mist senselessly. Till I find the healing place or Ragas.

I didn't have to think about my choices for long as there was not much of a choice, despite the options.

I will not leave this place without healing, and while it might come with many risks, I will accept them for the chance of getting rid of my injuries.
